It obviously does, but it apparently can't host the server itself.

It allows them to join, as it's fully compatible with all TeamSpeak servers and such.

However, only users running the real TeamSpeak schtick can host a server, as Speex isn't the same program.

I have the server client, and it's up and running. So, we can try it later on tonight to see how well it works, if it does then we'll use mine from now on, because as Server Admin I can do all sorts of fancy stuffs.
