Okay, I've been wondering this for a while, where exactly is FP time based? I'm guessing it's somewhere in the US? Based on where most of the users come from.

No, it's just based where it is because that's where it was created.

But yeah, it's based in California, same as Fanfiction.net :) They're sister-sites except FP is kind of er...ran by robots. XD

Actually it's posted whenever Frac gets online and gets everything typed up. While it sometimes gets up around midnight, it's usually more of a mid-morning thing. So maybe it's something to look forward to in the morning instead. :)
