I'm at my brother's wrestling meet. When I disappear for an extended period of time I'm watching him in a match. I'll be at my old high school pretty much all day.

It's a lot more than that. It's a test of strength and endurance. You have to understand body mechanics and how to use your weight and body to overpower the other person. There's a lot more than two people trying to climb on one another. And girls wrestle as well.
