Lee (or anybody, really), do you know why the Gallagher Inititive just up and died on us? It's kinda hard to do a spy forum when the terrorists aren't doing anything. I'm tempted to create a character there to kick-start things again.

I agree, We need more kickass characters who don't just sit there eating nachos, watching batman movies, and reading comics. Meaning I will not base my characters off of me.

To Twisted: The GI needs anybody, but if nobody responds to our new characters by June...then you and I can perform a coup d'tat and start over from the ground up. Thier fault for not at least checking in every once in awhile. With Lee's permission, of course.

Yes, but Kravin took over at Gallagher's 2nd-in-command, and is so far has shown no interest in saving Jackson Gallagher from WH. He's enjoying his position as the GI's current head honcho.

One thing that needs to be brought up in this forum is the rather obvious time discrepancies that occur when travelling from one location to another. One example stands out in particular because of the distance involved, although I'm sure tht everyone can come up with thier own examples given enough time:

-Back when Ace Hunter and Den went and captured Jackson Gallagher in Las Vegas a few months ago, Den was wounded in combat. Ace called for backup from White Horse, and Jason Mandrake was on-scene less than fifteen minutes later. That's a trip from Washington D.C. to Las Vegas in about fifteen minutes. Not physically possible by today's technology.

So, what do we do?

Ignore the time discrepencies? It's worked so far, but it could be a problem in the future.

Bring the whole forum to a halt while waiting for characters to travel? Just rude.

Say (fast forward three hours while my character travels) in a post? Again an option, but what does everybody else do in those three hours? Stand around frozen in mid-conversation or mid-action?

Ultimately, this is Lee's call. He's the forum moderater here. Sorry if this is a huge problem or I'm stepping out of line here, Lee.

And an anti-terrorist agency's job is usually to STOP TERRORISTS. Unfortunately, the terrorist aren't being all that terrifying. Get off your butts and get to Gridley's safehouse, already, sheesh.

Yea, as far as I know, My character Samantha and Gridley are the only ones at the place. Two isn't terrorism. Nor scary. Just plain boring.
