Hanapu grabbed him by the the front of his shirt, "Explain." He growled, crimson eyes flashing dangerously.

Satisfied that the bar was once more in order, Baylin turned around and rested her arms on the bar, slightly bored again.

Naki walked up to her, "Can I get you anything?"

Baylin looked at Naki. "Something to drink would be nice, if you could."

"No problem." He put a glass in front of her, and poared her a glass of wine.

"Thanks, Naki," Baylin answered, taking the glass and tipping it back. "I only wish this stuff actually had some effect, but it never does."

Naki smiled, "In that case you can have that one and the next for free."

Baylin smiled. "As much as I appreciate the offer, I don't really think Hanapu would appreciate it. He's in a bad enough mood as it is."

"I-I don't know! One second I was leaning on the wall and I had the terrible headache and wham my head goes through the wall." He kicked the wall. "Stupid wall!" He clutched his foot in pain when the shock ran through his nerves. "Ow!"

'I'm still freaking out on how I've got this power before I should... Its driving me crazy! How on earth did it happen?' He thought wildly when a thought struck him. "I-I got it! I must be ill! I mean I had a headache and that's when I phased through the wall which is why I'm getting my matured abilities befre I should. It makes perfect sense!" He smiled happily at having figured it out. Something was nagging at him in the back of his mind but he silenced it. This was right. This MUST be the truth. Otherwise... He stuffed the thought. Him? Powerful? Get real!

Hanapu wacked him across the back of the head. "Grow a set boy!! You caused a lot of trouble!!"

Baylin looked at Naki. "Can I get another?"

Naki smiled and poared her another glass. "It hasn't been this lively in a long time."

"Really? I don't know. I've been to places that have a lot more entertaining things to do than this one. Sure, you guys have the strongest alcohol I've come across so far but that means next to nothing."

She paused. "What do you know about Hanapu?"

Naki looked upat her, he set down the glass he was cleaning. "What do you want to know?"

"Anything and everything you can tell me."

Naki called a girl over, "Maria, could take over here for a while."

"Come with me." he motioned for Baylin to follow him into a room behind the bar.

Baylin nodded, finished her drink, and followed Naki.

Naki sat down at the table. "Shall I start from the begining?"

Baylin nodded as she sat down. "That would probably be best."

Naki took a deep breath. "When I first met him, I found him half dead on the door step of the bar. He was young, around fifteen, and weak. He had no memory of his past life. I took him in and treated him. He looked at me with lifeless eyes like reflected pools."

"He never left his room, in the weeks that followed. He was so scared of humanity. I tried to ask him what had happened but he wouldn't answer." He took a minute to clean his glasses.

Baylin just sat there and looked at Naki, waiting for him to say more as she absorbed the information she had already been given.

He put his glasses back on "Things got worse when Lord Victor Salaam barged in demanding for Hanapu. I denied that he was here. But Lord Victor, demanded a search of the bar. I couldn't refuse."

"They found him and forcefully dragged him downstairs and outside. I tried to stop him but his soldiers stopped me. Thats when I first saw Hanapu angry. Wings sprouted out of his back, his fangs got longer and his eyes turned black. He litrally tore them to pieces. But he didn't attack me, funnily enough. He's been diffrent ever since. He's become cold, heartless, almost like he died inside."

"He didn't trust anyone, din't show any emotion, sarted going on long travels, and coming backseriously injured. I didn't know what he was doing, or where he was going when he left."

"That's all I know and can tell you."

"Hmm..." Baylin commented. "Well, he does show at least one emotion, and that's anger."

"Thank you for the information. I appreciate it."

"Your right, that all he feels." Naki replied.

Baylin sighed. "I know the feeling," she answered softly.

"He's misunderstood. I found out where he came from. He escaped from a lab 500 miles away."

"He's had an interesting life," Baylin commented.

"Not really." Hanapu appeared at the door.

Baylin chuckled. "Why am I not surprised that you popped up here?" she asked, turning to look at him.

"You wanted to know about me? The anti-social stuck up, ass of a demon."
