Okay, I thought of it. How about a proposal topic where someone can give a gist of what they want to write about or something along those lines and then if others are interested they can join in? Some form like...

Sorry, I should be promoting this place. That's the reason. Just I've suddenly come up with a really insane idea, and I'm trying to approach it. I think it'll be really cool - yes, it's something really unexpected of me. Which also means to do it well I'll have to be working on my descriptions. Don't know how though, but will have to try.

As I've said, it's really not my style. I just somehow came across it, and my style is I can't let a good idea slip. As long as it's good I don't mind what it is. After all, I'm a writer and shouldn't restrict myself to any topic. Downside, I never properly tried writing humor, so it's going to be a huge problem, of course besides description as usual.

I just think it'll be an outrageous and catchy topic that should get a lot of readers and waves. That's all that matters. I'll sacrifice a bit to entertain. Have to do something away from the norm. Yeah, I don't know, but I would like to do a heck of a story that really shines.

Finally finished Shana today. It's just beautifully done - concept and implementation beautiful. Which I could have finished it earlier, but had problems. The only thing I don't like is most of the arcs are too short - there's never a really big thing that goes on for too long, except recurring characters all the time.

I haven't got around to the second season yet, so yet to say.

Oh, I'll catch up on that too.

Writing description is hectic - a 1 hour completed piece took almost 2 hours to add the description in and not to mention the word count - almost a 50% increase. I guess it's just me. I reckon it's cool. Not that perverted after all.

Oh you mean your band students. I'm more excited I finally did some description up, I'm calling you Master from now on - as in apprentice/master thing. Teacher implies having really taught a group of people.

haha...I don't think I've really taught you anything, but I'll take that as a compliment, lol

I'm not that great at descriptions myself anyway. I personally think I'm better at scientific references in stories. I have the background after all! (that's what my education is all about)

I used one of my backgrounds in a story, and it was really cool. Yes, okay if I told you, it'd be pretty obvious.

No, you did - actually you said one thing and I suddenly got it - something about being too literally and whatever after that. You can quote yourself. Feels like I suddenly grew wings (okay because I just saw Shana but still). It's not that great (well I can't say since it's like a first time), but it'll do for now.

Yup! I think we'll be 13 soon since the other groups from 13 and below ranks aren't moving all that fast and their post count is not too far away from us anyway. However, moving past 13 will require quite a bit of effort. I think 12th place is about 200-300 posts ahead of us.

This sounds so capeta. He couldn't afford to buy new stuff, and the old one was almost breaking down - he went from last in a race and caught up all the way to almost first...it was so intense seeing it.

Yeah we're like 300 posts away. All those forums are mostly dead. Less than 1 post per day.

It is a huge RP station. I went inside before. Mainly it has some big chat topics and some mod that likes making heaps of new topics saying reserved for later. Self spamming I tell ya.

Yeah we're at 15, but will be on hold for a long while.

Maybe I should post my new story up as a group project too. I've got like 5 people beta-ing for it. Wow, it's as insane as the story.

Have you seen Ikki Tousen? I really want to watch it - seen the first book of the manga yesterday and it was okay. Alright, don't desperately want to watch it - there are higher order things but still.

Yeah the manga has that 18+? or something sticker on it. Have to check my copy when I get back. It's pretty much just fighting plus being perverted. What's really wrong is the fights have to break clothing and show underwear during kicks and all.

Actually, the only thing that caught my attention at first was the use of three kingdoms as a back story - although the author notes on the first book says the author made it up and has not much knowledge on the three kingdoms novel or history and all.

apparently the manga-ka used the names of those historic characters, but honestly, the very important characters of the original three kingdoms novel don't play as prominent roles in ikki tousen

It sort of does - Ikki Tousen up to a lot of it is based on the pre-three kingdoms bit - the early times, so it'll probably get to that. Besides, the main character is part of one of the kingdoms. Yes, okay, of course - the author did say he/she didn't exactly read the thing.

I would expect someone like Cao2 Cao1 (spelling?) to be the main character, but that's not really the case in ikki tousen

I like Liu Bei if that's the spelling too. The main character in ikki is Sun Ce, still one of the three, but a bit more minor.

Eh? Youtube has bad quality. I ain't watching stuff off that. Think same goes for crunchyroll. I prefer those that people actually posted as download files - they're better quality.

I know, Eva's old and hard to find. I only managed to come by it with someone having the Japanese DVD and then adding the audio from somewhere else.
