Heylo ! I`m Goblin . I tend to write in asterisks and parentheses (like right now, you see). I stalked reviewers to the page of Fractured Illusion and, uh... others from the RM. *shifty eyes*. Which led me to here :D I`m a 10 year old at heart. (: Which, actually, would explain my impatience for writing romance (but i don`t mind reading it!) and my over abundance of crackfics. *points at name* No, I don`t really scream. It`s more of a howl. And not very often.

All right, so I'm nearly 12 months overdue in joining this forum, and I really hope that it's ok. I just recently joined the site so I could review Nathan Davis's story, Ghost Dance. FABULOUS work. I can't put into words how the story changed my view on the world of writing.

Uh, anyways, I've been writing since I was younger, but recently I've been trying super-dooper hard to find something solid. I've got several stories I'm working on, dozens of ideas that feel a little too cliche and don't quite fit together, and a totally unfair and hectic schedule that was composed by Karma, with whom I have an ever-lasting grudge/war/rivalry. Plain and simple: She hates me. But I digress.

You guys can call me Rae (that is if anybody actually wants to keep me around) and I'm a little self-conscious about admitting that I need help. I'm quite independent (so says every 17-year-old in the world) and relying on others is my most severe weakness, despite the vast amount of assistance and memorable conversations I tend to get. Trust is another issue when it comes to my writing (call me crazy, but the internet's not exactly safe-guarding forums).

I generally stick to darker stories (as in supernatural/ghostie stuff, traumatic pasts, morally offensive/controversial situations, forbidden/improbable romances, etc). I try to be complex but often I fail miserably. I always have a female as my main character because there aren't enough good female-driven stories out there. I'm horrible at quite a few things, but eventually I hope to remedy those faults with the help of others and my own stubborn sense of pride and perfectionism.

Now that I've ranted more than enough, I just want to say that once I get to know people, I'll definitely open up more and you'll see the humorous side of me. This is the somewhat sarcastic and defensive (quite obviously) aspect of my ever-changing personality and I guess it'll wear off. For all I know, it's just a phase. =]

And reading this over kind of reminds me of a Personal Ad. Ahehe...sorry 'bout that.

As you can see, I use a bunch of emotes so don't hold back on those if you're a emote person like me.
