Okay, I was running through the posts to see who we still had doing this, and I just found out that Ashe managed to get ALL 35,000+ WORDS DONE. Holy SH1TE!!! I hope you realize that that's... about as much as the total word count for this forum would have been if we'd all managed to get this writing done!?

So, here's the group we've got left:

And our dropouts for this month are: Drea, Sega, Yin (think she dropped out of the whole forum), Copper, me (possibly). Okay, that's not good. About half of us couldn't do this, and even if Ashe did do such a spectacular job, I think that we still have some major kinks to iron out of this idea. Everyone with ideas, to the suggestions thread!

I will be a little late posting my story for the May challenge - there was more editing than I had originally thought, not to mention a bunch of plot holes and confusing points in the story. XD It will definitely be up no later than June 5th!

Oh, and WELL DONE Ashe! As for the remaining participants, we can do it!

Yep, I'm busy writing essays for college, so I absolutely will not have time to finish this tonight. I have to go to bed soon, too, so I can get up and work some more on these essays. Sorry! They're due Monday, so I can go back to writing then, I hope.

Everyone did a nice job this month! I know you're all busy with school, so no worries. Try to give Ashe at least one review by the end of June, but review all the chapters if you can ;) The guidelines are in the "Read This First" section. Ashe, is there anything in particular that you wanted feedback on?

Well, I'd like people to pay at least a little more attention to the pacing. I wrote it kind of in a hurry so I'm not sure the pacing's too good. Also character development, if you wouldn't mind too much.

I'm afraid I'm also going to be a bit late with this... I've got about 3,000 words so far. (I've posted what I have). I'll def take a look at Ashe's story!

It's sad that there hasn't been much activity on this forum in the past couple of days...so, I'm popping in to say that I probably won't have my story (the one I was supposed to submit for May) up until the July challenge comes around.

That's alright ... I don't think many people got it done this round. But we did get some new people, so maybe we'll have a better July turnout.

Yeah, it hasn't been very active lately ... But on my part, there hasn't been much to say. D:

(sighs) well, i have a bit off bad news. well, not as bad, because when you think about it, i'm lucky.

i'll have to withdraw from the whole summer writing festivities - june, july, and august. DX as told on my profile, my laptop (mister rogers), fell again, for the fifth-sixth time. so now, it's giving me Internal HDD error black screen of death which means i'm screwed. eergh.

i did not, but reeealllly should have, backed up all my files, which i planned to do. most of my files might be gone, albeit all of them probably willl be, leaving me with nothing. i have to take it to go get fixed, which when it comes to technology and computers, cost a lot of $$$$.

and right now, i feel like dog [crap]. i've had mister rogers for three years, since '05. and it'll probably be a long time since i can afford a new laptop. so ... i guess that's it for me.

i'm sorry. (cries)
