So, this is where you can blather on about your favorites of the book and praise its author for the eclectic awesomeness of it. Cool? I'll start.

Favorite Scene:

Hmmm...that's a toughie. A little hard to say, but it's a toss-up between the lunchroom scene where Jimmy goes ballistic on all those bugs (Plus, how can you beat a bug skull-effing a little girl? You can't. That simple.) and the flashback of Gothel's little "romantic" dinner. Runners ups include the following scene where Gothel's genitals are blown all to hell and the infamous "Scar Scene".

Favorite Line:

Jesus Christ, why am I asking myself questions I don't even know the answers to? Well...although it technically isn't something someone says, per se, I'd have to choose "FEAR THE MONKEY". It just works somehow, has a real power behind it. I would personally LOVE to see it become the big catchphrase of the book. The kind of thing you get printed on merchandise like t-shirts and lunchboxes and all that. So, you know, make it popular, folks. ;)

Favorite Character Other Than Jimmy Or Renkle:

Tom, hands down. He's just such an evil guy and how he's portrayed with such a suave, smug way of being a complete Bastard (so much so that he earns a capital 'B' with that title) is just incredible. He's fun to read, mostly because he works so well as Jimmy's nemesis. And the things that come out of his mouth...hilarious and horrible at the same time.

...Well, that's all I got for now. If anyone else can think of more favorites, specific or general, then post 'em. Mr. Maldonado's fabulous story deserves all the attention it can get.

Favorite Scene:

The scene where Jimmy's fleeing the hallway in his house is way up there for sure! When I first read that it was uber-engaging, and I forgot about most of the world around me. Scared the crap outta me, too!

Favorite Line:

Does a series of lines count? 'Cause Bethany telling Shayla off was so beyond AWESOME.

Favorite Character Other Than Jimmy Or Renkle:

...Uh......uuuuh........uuuuuuh....CRAP! This is a tough one! They all have their good points! ...Well, most of them. If I HAD to pick I'd say Alice. The way she's written just made me fall in love with her instantly, even before she got away from The Bastard. She's loving and kind, but not afraid to whip out some sass to protect her Jimmykins.
