Yaku shrugged "I really don't know...i'm sorry..."

"I just don't want to come close to killing you again."

"i'm fine...i'll just go away or something" she said "go in some....secluded place....." Yaku said then thought of Secluded "ha, I used a big word" she said with a giggle.

Joseph shook his head. "You shouldn't have to live alone. I will stick with you until I find a way to free you."

Katrina turned sitting up in her bed she never slept never ever she just rested she got up walking to the couch "edward?" she called out, no replie. She sighed "maybe hes out..." she thought looking over at the stained glass window it was dimmed she sighed "..great.." she said sitting on the couch "he better not get caught or there will be talk around town.." Katrina muttered to herself "..I don't plan to" Edward said Katrina looked up and smiled

Yaku shrugged "suit yourself, Jose" she said making up and nickname for him and beginning to do her cartwheels again.

Katrina smiled again "Edward!" she said he smiled his crooked smile "yes its me" he replied Katrina stood up and hugged him "hey Katrina" he said "sorry I left" Edward hugged her back

Joseph looked at her. "You are the most energetic woman I have ever met."

"well thank you" Yaku said grinning when suddenly she tripped up in a rock and fell. "ow!" she said laying flat on her back.

Joseph chuckled and extended a hand to her. It's just the knd of stuff he did. "Come on."

Yaku smiled and took his hand "thank you" she said when she was up "thats the second time you had to help me off the ground" she said turning a little red.

Joseph smiled. "Think nothing of it. i would do the same for anyone."

Yaku smiled back happily.

"Let's go. There has to be someplace nearby."

yeah" Yaku said as they started walking, by the position of the sun, she knew it was midday already.

Joseph kept walking until they came to a small abandoned shack. "This should do."

Edward smiled "I'm headig out.." he said she looked at him "In mid-day?" she asked he nodded

"uh..nice...I guess" she said.

Joseph sighed. "Nice isn't a priorty. The safety of you and everyone is what matters."

"yeah...thats true" yaku said.

joseph smiled. "Itwon't be to bad I hope."

"I just hope you can handle me when it turns dark......" yaku said, it wasn't only fighting the demon did....yaku had woke up in strangers bed before...she had blamed it on her habit to drink on moonless nights.....

"I am more worried about hurting you than you hurting me. i guess I'll have to try and reason with the demon."

"I doubt you can" Yaku said sitting on a bed and laying down "I never sleep in the nighttime.....and i'm always tired in the daytime" she said yawning and hoping her eyes didn't drop.

Joseph sighed. "I will do what I must to keep you safe Yaku. Saving you is my Quest, and I will see it through to the end."

Yaku didn't hear, she was already asleep, her childish features shown on her face.

Joseph smiled and went outside to get some wood for the fireplace."

A few hours later Yaku stirred, it was getting pretty dark outside.

Joseph came back in and started a fire in the fireplace. He didn't notice Yaku was waking up.

Suddenly a knife was put at his throat "times up, old man" hissed a sadistic voice in his ear and Yaku's demon side was back, her red eyes glaring at Joseph and her white hair flowing down her back like always.
