She laughed in her light and delicate way.

He pushed himself against her.

Julia's eyes widened for a moment and then she closed them, laying on his chest and keeping him close.

He gently ran his fingers though her hair.

"We should probably get some sleep before the bar fights break out," Julia said softly.

(Did you draw that? XD

He nodded taking her hand and walking over to the bed.

(yeah. I prefer drawing my characters to trying to find pictures that fit. I kinda messed up her face though. There's something about it that makes her look demented XP)

Julia pulled back the covers and sat down, rubbing her feet. "I didn't realize how tired I was till just now."

"Sleep my dove,' he smiled.

Julia smiled and kissed John lightly on the cheek, then laid back on the bed. She was sore all over from working and then the walk, but it was worth it to her. "I love you," she whispered.

"I know you do," he smiled. "I love you too." He snuggled into her, his warmth trying to coax her to sleep. He closed his own eyes after a few moments.

Julia had no trouble falling asleep next to him, even with the music and shouting going on downstairs. Her mind was filled with pleasant dreams.

In the morning, he kissed her awake.

Julia's eyes fluttered softly open. She was awakened by a wonderful sensation better then a dream. It didn't take her long to realize what that was. She stared into John's eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Morning," he smiled.

"Morning yourself," she replied. "Sleep well?"

He kissed her again and grunted in reply.

"So what do you have to do today," Julia asked, propping herself up on one elbow so she could look at him.

"Lie here for awhile," he said lazily.

Julia chuckled and kissed his cheek. "I have the late shift tonight, so I should probably rest up," she said, laying back down and snuggling up next to John.

He gently ran his lips across her neck, teasing and then planted a kiss. "I'm not really interested in sleeping," he whispered.

Julia moaned in response. "What then?"

He kissed himself against her in answer.

All Julia could do was moan in surprise and pleasure.

(That shoulda been pressed himself against her haha long day!)

He smirked and batted at her blond hair like a cat.

(lol, I figured as much)

Julia wrapped her arms around his neck, feeling his firm muscles.

(I assumed he had firm muscles since he works at a shipyard)

"This is the shirt you made for my birthday," he commented, not sure if she remembered.

Julia felt the soft blue fabric. "How long ago was that," she asked absentmindedly.

(I think it was blue ^^; lol)

"Five years ago," he laughed, hardly believing it.

"Hm, five years, and we've made it all the way to Louisiana." She smiled. "I'm glad I made it with you."

He brushed her face. 'I love you."
