"Sam!" she begged, trying to stop him. "Please, don't do this! Think of everything we've been through!"

The dog retreated into a corner.

She buttoned up her shirt and fled after him.

"I made a mistake." she called. "I've never done anything like that before, I was drunk!"

She clung to his arm.

"I'm yours, Sam, I'm your wife! I love you!"

"If you deeply loved me, you'd be sleeping now!" he growled. "And no, I made mistake! I should have know ever snice I saw you with ploit back then."

"That was different, I barely knew you then!" she said. "I made a mistake Sam, please, just don't go."

She cried.

"Sam, don't go. Please. I love you Sam, I need you!"

"I can't trust you right now."

He headed toward his car.

"Sam, I'll never do it again, I swear!" she said, knowing she was losing him.

He ignored her.

"Sam..." she tried one last time, on the verge of sobs.

"I can't be around you. I might come back."

To this she had no reply.

"I need time." He said before climbing in diver seat.

She nodded and bit her lip.

"I love you."

He drove away.

(Notice how didn't say I love you back? bahaha!)

(They usually don't when they're leaving.)

Sam stoped a cafe and found paris phonebook. "Kate?" he said a shaky crying breath. "I..I need somebody to talk too."

Kate narrowed her eyes, holding the phone between her shoulder and her ear.

"Sam?" she asked. "Is that you?"

"Yeah..I..I caught Cece with another man."

"Oh my... god Sam, are you okay?"

Kate sat down on the counter of her apartment, concerned for him.

"I..yeah..no..fuck how hell am I soposed to feel?"

"Where are you right now?" she asked. "I'm gonna come get you."

He said name of the cafe.

"Stay put, I'll be there in a bit."

She came by fifteen minutes later and searched the cafe for him.

He walked toward her, tear tracks still on his face.

She put her arm around him.

"Come on, let's go." she said, hurrying him out.

"Uh-huh,' he sniffed.

Kate got him out and hurried down to her flat.

"You can stay for awhile if you want." she said. "To think things through."

"Thank you Kate. I dunno what to do. I still love her, but just..after seeing with..'

She sat down on her couch.

"I know." she said. "It's tough."

She paused.
