I stumbled across this short story by accident, and just wanted to say that I really enjoyed it a lot. The tension was nearly tangible, and I know I was sucked into it at the very first paragraph. Really, really enjoyed the style of writing, and the overall idea.

I'm considering a return review. Maybe pull this person into RG. :)

No problem; and by the way, if that's what you write when you feel down, it's not all that depressing. If I wrote something while down, it'd be severely depreciating.

I started it at the worst point in my mood. By the end, something happened that made me feel just a little better so the mood sorta switched. Heheh.
