clarifying: Did the man see the husband doing something that lead to the murder of his wife before it actually happened and hence came to the conclusion that it had to be murder comitted by the husband?

Sorry, I still don't know how to answer that question.

I´ll try to give an example to the situation I mean: he man saw the husband BEFORE the murder. Did the man see something, the husband was doing, that made him know afterwards that what happened to the woman was a murder?

Example: he sees the husband manipulating the skiis ( well from what you told he did not but there are several other things he might have seen this is just an example)
