![]() I´ll try to give an example to the situation I mean: he man saw the husband BEFORE the murder. Did the man see something, the husband was doing, that made him know afterwards that what happened to the woman was a murder? Example: he sees the husband manipulating the skiis ( well from what you told he did not but there are several other things he might have seen this is just an example) 3/31/2009 .
