how many writers are actually lucky enough to also be artist?

I'm the writer and my mums the artist =D I once did a poem based on an abstract my mum did and most people said it was good but i must've lost it a while ago.

Yay! Other freaks like me! (just kidding.) If I was just better at both I could do so many things.... Sometimes one will distract me from the other, though, and I never end up getting anything done. In the middle of a story I'm writing (or reading) I'll start sketching the character, or the scene, because I can visualize it so well. At other times, I'm in the middle of an art project and I get inspired to write something.

And then, of course, both writing and drawing distract me from everything else. In class, I sometimes can't help myself. I just have to doodle!

i got caught doing that today in Honors Lit. it was kinda embarressing (though how i did so with my spelling is beyond me) 'casue thats the first time i got caught. eek! lol!
