THE NEXT CHALLENGE BY HIGHONBROKENWINGS IS:

"The Unhappily Ever After" Challenge

Rule #1: The beginning of your story must feature a song title, or a segment of a song, relevant to your story. So, in other words, you’re basing it around a song.

Rule #2: Your story must use the word lol.

Rule #3: At least some of the story must be situated in a social place. School, work, at the park, at a party, a family gathering. No physically isolated main characters, mental isolation…that’s another thing.

Rule #4: Your story must also include the line “What is your problem?”

Rule #5: Last but not least, it must end unhappily. Any happy endings and I’ll be finding you. Trust me, your ending won’t be anywhere near as happy as your characters.

Your story must include at least one of these characters:

- A thin person who is obsessed with food

- An over enthusiastic parent/guardian

- Someone who is dying

- A rabbit that has a sneezing problem

Your story must also include at least one of these objects:

- A pink biro (pen)

- A car with broken windshield wipers

- A field full of waist high plant matter (like grass or weeds or stuff)

- Fluro colored acrylic nails

- An unhappy smiley face
