Oh yeah, me and my friend got into a argument/discussion on the topic of having cell phones in school. Seriously. I think its not needed until High school and even then they should leave them off and in a locker(which doesn't happen if you don't have your head stuck up your butt) but we argued about the whole bullying aspect of it all. Any thoughts?
