So, ha, my laptop's doing that thing I forgot it used to do when I first got it. There's something up with the keyboard that eventually goes away. At first, I thought it was because I was hitting extra keys and whatnot, but no. Just, no.

So every now and again the cursor will mysteriously move, ENTER will be pressed prematurely, and some other fun stuff. Yay, functioning laptop. O_e

I burnt the roof of my mouth on that soup...

omg that soup made me soooooo tired.

Being up at 1 AM with a concert to attend tomorrow morning is going to make me very tired.

I should ban youtube from my laptop. When I start jumping from a good concert vid to another, I never know when I'll stop. (and I've still got to listen to a lot of the things you post in soundcheck ;) But then, it would be soooooo sad.

I know, right? I spent all morning making a playlist of every single recording/live performance/cover/remix of U2's "Where the Streets Have No Name". It's at about twenty-five songs right now, and it's not even close to done. Did you know that Muse did a live cover of that song this year? It was actually really good.

hey, me too. not so bad this week though, last week was a killer and i only walked four blocks at midday :(

Weekend is going well: flew into one of my favourite regional cities thinking everything would be shut for Sunday and i wouldn't be able to catch up on my favourite things, but went for a walk to see, just in case, and everything was open! (well almost, one shop was closed, but maybe i'll get time for that after work tomorrow). As i expected all the shops to be shut, i bought up big at each one that was open, and seeing as that was most of them, I have amassed: one coconut chicken masala, one roast veggie pizza, one pear and ginger slice, one strawberry tart, one sweet as pineapple, one mango, three rice paper rolls, one (small) chocolate mousse cake thing, one raspberry jam donut, one pair of swimmers, one necklace, and a belt. feeling rather extravagant. think i've got dinner sorted :)

that's one of the great things about december is the shops being open late, and on sundays. it's always a bit weird at first. like you're in the twilight zone.

Let's see... Today I had wonderful breadsticks from the best pizza/breadstick place in town. I also ate Rollos. My dinner was ramen and goldfish. I must be in college.

I've only had water today. I'm afraid to eat anything.

I am soooo effing sick today. I started to not feel well yesterday but I had to help my roommate set up for her christmas party, so I just ignored it. I'm paying for it today. And my roommate's boy toy of the week is over, but I refuse to hide in my room because it's my apartment and I'm sick and if he doesn't like it he can fucking leave.

Fuck I hate being sick. I work at 6 am tomorrow. Guh.

You know, if I had known I'd have to be up at 6 AM to shovel three feet of snow out of two driveways, I probably wouldn't have waited until 4 AM to go to bed. I'm relatively certain I'm going to pass out now and sleep for about two days. So if you don't hear from me for a while, that's why.
