This dark forest surrounds Dun Road. It is the home to demons and Engkantos. Some people call it the abandoned forest because no one has been in it for well over fifty years. Sometimes cries and screams are heard from the depths of the forest. It is always dark in the forest. Hardly any sun ever reached the forest floor. Tall trees go in every direction, abnormally large in size. There is always an eerie wind blowing in the darkness, chilling the forest and Dun Road.

Klurr couldn't fight the hunger any longer. His stomach was empty. Carefully he wandered away from the bear's den in the woods. As he reached the edge of the forest, he smelled the souls of young humans. Not pure, but they would do. He began running towards the scent.
