![]() A game that my roommate and I play quite often is if your original story was popular enough for its characters to have a following, and to have fan fiction written about it; how would the fans tear it apart? It makes us laugh, and makes us wonder about how other authors feel about their fan fiction following. 8/13/2007 #1So how would the fandom tear your original characters apart? 1.) Brendon Venruse, my main male lead (A Pirate Captain), would probably go gay for Nicholas, the main antagonist (A High Senator of the Empire)... Those two sort of have a Squall/Seifer from FFVIII relationship. They don't belong together at all! 2.) Pretty sure Aiden Fair, my main female lead (Empire Knight), would randomly get left by her romantic interest, Brendon, (betrayed somehow) and find some comfort in the arms of Melrose Von Melroy (One of the revolutionary's lead prostitutes) or Empress Caroline (Who look to be related). What can you guys think of for your original characters? |
![]() i rwally hope none of my readers are reading this post...cuz i might ruin their fantasy. haha. Anyways, for my story 'A Princess Summoning,' people might make Ben and Mary get together, or have a Ben and Sara combo. Which, both, would be a bit awkward. I mean, they have a really close relationship, but not that close! I mean, Sara and Ben are siblings, and Mary is 16, while Ben is 9! AWKWARD. 6/23/2010 #2 |
