The lunch room. A vast number of tables and chairs and a section filled with food and drinks for students to buy.

Crow quietly sat at a lunch room table, slurping his murky, green soup. Morning classes were over and he hadn't made any friends, yet. His eyes rested on a group of older boys being rowdy near the corner of the room. Was that frog he tasted?

Raph entered the lunch room, having missed both morining classes, and went over to look at the food that was being served today. He groaned when he saw the food and the went and sat down at a table and pulled out his planner. Oh well, he had missed two of his least favourite classes, not like he was missing anything important..

Nate walked into the lunch room, ignoring the lunches, in his oddly dressed way. He headed over to a table which was taken by 10th grader- his grade. "That's my seat," Nate said ruefully.

"And? I'm sitting here. Go find somewhere else to sir bonehead," Raph answered coldly

"Hn. That's my seat. GEt out, I called it." He stared into the other's eyes.

"I don't care whether you called it or not. I'm sitting here. Get over it,"

Nate sighed. "People just never respect anyone better than them," he muttered and walked over to a kid at another table.

"That's my seat, twerp." Crow looked up.

"Oh, o-okay," he said while getting up.

Raph glared at the boys back after his comment and scowled when he ordered the other younger boy to shift. He managed ti restrain himself from getting up and saying somthing unpleasant to him. After his first fight on thr first day, he didn't want to get into anymore trouble for now.

"Wait, stay, stay," Nate hurriedly said. "I need to ask you a favor- what's your name?"

"Crow," he barely piped out.

"Ah, Crow, is there anything you can do to make that doorknob," he said while pointing to the boy in front of them, "to move?" Crow nodded.

"I-I'll try." He pointed at a shadow and two crow, inky black, appeared. Giving them a silent command, the crows flew over and started pecking the boy in front of him.

"Oi, get lost you stupid birds," Raph said. He stuck his hand out and scorched them in flames. He sighed heavily and then glared down at the table.

"I don't think that was such a good idea," Crow stated. Nate glowered at him.

"Do it again Bird-Boy!" Crow shook his head. "I said, do it again Bird-Boy!" His voice rose as he gripped Crow's shoulder firmly, making it hurt.

((Just noticed Raph and Nate are in the same room. Lol, this will be interesting))

Suddenly Nikolai appeared, grabbing Nate by the scruff of the neck.

Raph, deciding he was bored and there was nothing decent to eat here, stood up and picked up his bag. He walked towards the do, watching Nate out of the corner of his eye. He stopped when he reached near the door and picked up a, what he though was supposed to be a sausage rool but looked more like a mouldy sandwich, from a table that someone had abandoned and lobbed it in the direction of Nate's table. The food missed Nate but instead landed on his table and, how you could say, exploded. He turned and left the lunch room quickly.

Nate released Crow's shoulder as someone grabbed his neck and a sausage roll exploded in his face. Crow quickly ran out of the lunch room, confused, and not wanting to make a bad impression on his first day in the already started shool year. He looked behind him and then followed the person who had just walked out. Crow tapped his shoulder.

"So you're the one causing trouble then." Nikolai said.

"No." His reply was filled with arrogance. "It was that stupid kid who made the crows. Captain Obvious, earth to der?" Nate looked at him straight in the eye, not intimidated at all.

"Excuse me," Crow said as he tapped the boys shoulder again. "Sorry, about that. That one dude put me up to it.

((Where is Raph going?))

"Why did you do what he told you to do?" Raph said to Crow

((...No idea. To class probably, if he can be botherd (AKA, if i can be bothered making him)))

"You've got a problem with crows?" He replied, his face like ice.

"I never said that, I said, he's the one that did it." His eyes turned to slits. "Now, I have to get to class." He said while trying to get up, but the other boy was to strong.

"Uh, well, I have past experience with being told what to do..." he elipsed. "Well, you can say I was 'disciplined'."

"Only because you told him too." Nikolai replied, folding his large black wings again.

"I have better things to do," Nate said. "Release me, now." He didn't dare look at the bird-winged boy. He knew he was right and thought he could slip out of this predicament and still win.

Raph raised an eyebrow, "Whatever," He said, "What's your name then?"

Nikolai frowned and picked the boy up, "You're coming with me." He said.

Karasu Kage- but I'd prefer you call me Crow," he said looking down.

"Alright then Crow," Raph said, "You new here?"

((Gong to Dean's office?))

Nate knew he could just zap the winged boy with his lightning, but he wanted a reputation at this school. He didn't want friends, he wanted enemies.

"Yeah," he murmured still looking down. "Do you mind showing me around?"

(Sure.)

Nikolai dragged him out of the Lunch Room.
