Here's One:

The family goes to an amusement park and chaos ensues (ex: letting out the animals in the petting zoo, starting a food fight, etc.)

That sounds funny! I could see that happening to my family!

OK, here's one

They go on a 16 hour road trip, and in the middle of nowhere, they have to ask directions form this scary old lady, or they spill milk in the car and have to live with the stink, or the sunscreen bottle comes open, and the kids, not wanting to make mom and dad mad, pretend to need a whole lot of tissues to clean it up with. (This last one has happened to me. *smile*)

OK, that was really long, but I think it would be funny in a story.
