Weird name for a topic...

Anyway, I need help. With my plot. I got writer's block.

So whether or not you've read or ever will read my story "Bird of a Feather," could you please help me out?

What's happened so far: Fiona's "one of the guys" and yet... not. Right at the beginning she learns that her two bestest (you heard me right, bestest) friends are "in love" with her. There's Zeke (the quiet "leader" of their little gang) and Luther (the flirtatious "joker"). And finally there's Laron (the "playboy"), Luther's twin brother who Fiona goes to for advice but ends up getting somewhat involved with...

And that's where it stalls out. Yeah, it's cliche. Sue me. But I love cliche, and I've got my own twists. I got five chapters in, but right as things are starting to really kindle between Fiona and Laron, writer's block hits and the connection fizzles. I want to continue, I do, but I'm having some trouble. So if you could just throw ideas at me that'd be great. You don't have to have read the story -- maybe it's something that happened to you or a friend that you'd like to see happen in a story.

It'd be cool if Fiona and Laron really did hit it off but then Fiona finds out that he was cheating on her or something and when she finds out he has been, she goes to Zeke and/or Luther for comfort. And even though Laron cheated on her, she still really likes him and doesn't want to break up with him and Zeke and/or Luther tries to convince Fiona to break off the realtionship because they like her now. It's a cliche that usually always works because all you hava to do is fill in the blanks and personalize it and it doesn't sound too cheesy anymore. It's my fave cliche.

Hmm...

Does she like either of them back? Is Laron just a cover because she's hiding her feelings for one of them? How far did they go, sexually?

Fiona could have a love square, trying to decide between all of them. Maybe she could decide to give each of them a try? Like go on a couple dates and figure out which one she's most compatible with.
