Please refrain from creating characters that are overbearingly perfect.

In layman's terms, have a flaw.

Decree No. 005

Please observe proper decorum when presented before Lady Luck and/or Lady Lyre.

In layman's terms, respect the MODs.

if you break any of these regulations, I would be forced to take measures into my own hands. Let's hope however that we will all remain friends and respect one another.
