| Madame K Tudor England for me. It was an era of decadence, intrigue, affairs, splendour, the list goes on! Not to mention the sovereigns; Henry VII, the Penny Pincher, Henry VIII, the Six-Wife King, Edward VI, the Sickly Boy, Jane, the Nine-Day Queen, Mary, the Bloody One, and Elizabeth I, the Virgin Queen.
