This is an area that Jaden uses to rest at as well as bring in survivors he has found. It is a penthouse apartment of a tall building, The stairs are often barricaded and the only way to activate the elevators to the penthouse is with a key that Jaden always wears around his neck on a chain. It is not zombie proof, however, the zombies have found the safe house in the past and lone zombies have been known to enter it for no apparent reason except to look for other people by using the stairs after shuffling through the barricade. Characters can only enter if accompanied by Jaden due to the defenses he set up however they are welcome to leave at any time due to the hidden spare key Jaden has in the apartment for emergencies.

Ivan looked up at the tall buildings.

"Wonderful. stairs."

"Yeah the stairs that's exactly how I get up the building." Jaden lead the group into the Artelon's lobby and continued on to the elevators pulling out the key from around his neck.

"Could be worse." Ivan replied.

Jaden used his key and activated the elevator its doors quickly opening, "Come on were not really at the safe house yet they can still get too us here." Jaden then entered the elevator, "Come on lets go."

Daniel sighed and fllowed Jaden.

Ivan followed as well.

Once they were in Jaden hit the penthouse floor's button and the began to ride up to the top, "Welcome to the safe house guys I got a pretty sweet set up if I do say so myself but you can judge for yourself once we get to the top." The elevator soon stopped and reopened at the penthouse suite. Jaden stepped out and began to go get the medical supplies he had stored away.

Ivan walked out, "Pretty nice."

Daniel stepped in and shuddered slightly.

Ivan looked at Daniel.

"What? My knees hurt, that's all," Daniel muttered, defensive,

Ivan nodded, knowing how that felt. His own legs hurting like hell.

Daniel sighed, and surveyed the room again.

Jaden found the supplies and pulled out a some bandages, a few painkillers, and some supplies to clean the wounds. Jaden then popped a few painkillers and grabbed a few bandages to use on himself leaving the rest of the supplies for the others, "Here you go guys the stuff will be sufficient at patchin you up. Oh and Daniel I'm gonna need those zombie limbs back now."

Ivan took off his jacket, and noticed his shirt was totally ruined. He sighed.

Daniel looked at him, and handed the limbs over. "Yeah, whatever. Ivan, you need a hand?"

Ivan look at him, then at his arms. "It would be appretiated."

Daniel smiled and picked up the supplies. "Don't really no much about guns. First aid, I'm a master. Father like mine, I had to be. Sit down, yeah?"

"Problem's with your father?" Ivan asked sitting down.

Daniel looked up, startled. "What? No, not like that. Nah, he built an empire, most of which was illigeal and the part that wasn;t was a smokescreen for the part that was. Got into a lot of fights. Got me into a lot of figths."

He laughed nervously. "We had our fights. He hated me, I hated him. Doesn;t everyone hate their father? ... This is gunna sting."

"I see what you mean." Ivan replied, flinching slightly when Daniel cleaned the wound.

"Yeah ... i've been running his empire since I was fifteen. Doesn't go for good relations when i know more about his life work than he does ..." He looked up, shifting slightly to take the pressure of his knees. "How about you, only, I think I need to shut up,"

"My father was a scientist." Ivan replied, "I was his apprentice until we faught about the moralality of his work."

"Bet that went down well. He throw you out?"

"The virus broke out before he could." Ivan replied.

"One good thing that came from it then,"

"First creature I shot was my father."

Daniel looked up again, white. Then he dropped his head again. "Wish I had the strenght to do that. Think I'd run away from him before I ..."
