Aila sat down and tried to think of what to do.

Aila sat down for class.

(Hmm...Everyone pretty much knows he likes her already. All either would do is pressure Aila to say yes and make Joi feel bad about it. Unless some other girl suddenly appears because of it. What would happen from one of them getting into trouble? With local gangs or an accident? Hmm...maybe a ski trip...)

Joi sat next to her.

"Hi,"

(Maybe Joi's knowledge that she fancied Jack could get in the way?)

He smiled. "Good morning."

(He might feel inferior, though, or paranoid. And those two are never good.)

Aila gave a small smile. She still wasn't sure to do, now. The more she thought about it, the harder it got.

"Relax." Joi leaned over and said quietly. "It's not like there's a time limit."

Rosie tilted her notes for him to see what he'd missed.

Joi blinked and nodded.

(Rosie? So what's gonna happen?)

(The dog girl. I thought it might be interesting to have a neutral party amidst any gossip.)

"Are you okay?" she asked, glancing at Aila. The question was aimed at both of them, given the tape on Youtube.

Joi smiled lightly and nodded again.

Rosie gave a asmall smile.

"Are you feeling better nw? You weren't in the other day,"

"Hey, how did it go~?" Lauren whispered to Joi.

Aila glanced at Lauren.

Lauren glanced back and grinned mischeviously. She passed her a note with a youtube address on it.

Aila looked up.

"Tell me you didn't,"

Her reply was a silent grin.

Aila sagged in her seat.

"..................."

Lauren could contain her mad laughter.

"It isn't funny,"

"Yes it is."

"No it isn't," Aila mumbled, a thought crossing her mind. Maybe, just maybe, given that everyone probably knew anyway, it might be nice to give Joi a chance.

"Now for your play submissions everyone!"

Aila and Rosie looked up.

"A-ah..." Joi dug into his backpack for what he wrote.
