"And now for the rampant shagging," Aila laughed, ruffling his hair. "Or of course homework,"

Joi scribbled quietly. His face was beet-red.

"Do you know the answers for number 3?"

"Ah...you apply this here..." He reached over and pointed on her homework.

She nodded.

"Got it,"

He smiled and turned back to his own homework.

"There. Done,"

"Me too." He smiled.

"You going to the party?"

"Ah...I don't know..."

"Come on, it'll be fun,"

"I've never been too good at those social meetings." He laughed lightly and scratched his head.

"Oh, fine. Are your parents out tonight? We could watch a film."

"Ah...?" He blinked. "You don't have to stay with me..."

"Well I'm not going on my own,"

He sighed. "I'll go with you then..."
