I'm new and have only just published two stories on here. A friend of mine told me you could see how many people have read your story and stuff like that. I went to the spot but can someone explain the difference between what a visitor and a hit means? I am so confused. *-*

A hit is when a story page is loaded. A visitor is a single person seeing your stuff. So a single person can load your story seven times and that would create seven hits, but there would still only be one visitor.
