Alphas: They are the leaders of the pack. There is only one Alpha pair, and they are the Alpha Male and Alpha Female. If they have kids, the boy's have a good chance of becoming a Gamma, but if they don't they become Omegas. Girl pups automatically become Omegas.

Betas: Betas are second in command. There is only one Beta pair, the Beta male and Beta female. If the Alpha pair is away, they become leaders until they come back. However, if the Alpha pair dies, or just one of them dies, the Beta pair become the Alpha pair and they chose a new Beta pair.

Gammas: Gammas are the protecters of the pack. They are the ones that hunt for food and fight off the rival pack. There are about 10 Gammas. They eat third out of the pack.

Omegas: Omegas are at the bottom of the chain in a pack and there can be infinite amounts of them because if they are not an Alpha, Beta or Gamma, they're an Omega. Omegas are the peace makers in the pack and are always the most active, running around, playing games and having fun.

Rogues: Rogues aren't part of either the Shadow Valley or the Blood Moon pack. Sometimes they band together and make their own mini traveling packs, but it's not very likely unless the two wolves mated. They have to hunt and protect themselves. Most of them are kind of crazy from all their solitude, but not all.
