Sure. They may not be the exact same setting, but you can pretty much convert ideas however you want. There's Bleach, Naruto, Kenichi the mightiest disciple (this is just a seperate godmod idea really, but the martial artist masters are all hilariously strong), and the most relevant as well as a favorite, Fairy Tail.

Choose one and I'll elaborate...except for Naruto since it's the only one I never dug into.

Fairy Tail?

A world of magic essentially. And it revolves around a special guild, which is what makes up the organization of the world, that goes at its own pace.

A noisy little family where the running theme is that if you f*** with the guild or anyone in it, you're done f***ed. The main character uses ancient fire magic (not telling the full detail so you'll enjoy the full atmosphere during the reveal.)

The manga you can go through faster, but I like the anime better because of the moving cinematics in this case.

That actually sounds very interesting. I think I'll watch a little of that. And your explanation actually make it sound funny. Is it funny?

:P Definitely has its moments. The main characters are all the abnormally stronger guys, and they don't think too normally either. The fire user I talked about is the typical idiot that loves picking fights and is fiercely loyal to his guildmates. More so, as long as you let yourself get caught up in its (sometimes questionable ^^") pretense, it'll get your blood rushing.

I would go with japanese audio paired with english subtitles. I don't know how dub sounds, but it might take away from the experience. I would use Fairytail dot tv for as long as it suits your purposes. :3
