I have a friend whose heart I've been praying for for the past two years. We're close, and God has just really placed on my heart to be a light to him. I gave him the Message version of the Bible last Christmas, and he never cracked it open until yesterday. He texted me, asking me if I could direct him to a passage for him to read. He also asked if I could do this nightly.. And it is an incredible answer to prayer. I'd like some feedback on what would be appropriate starting passages (avoiding genealogies of the Old Testament) for an unbeliever to read. Thank you for your time!

Isaiah 41:10:
