General Appearance: Her body is wiry and thin, but strong thanks to long hours spent training and working. Her dark brown hair is thick, curly and messily cut to hang in her eyes and just-just tickle the nape of her neck. She almost never sees the sun, so her skin is pale verging on pasty. Her eyes are large and a vivid, bright green, surrounded by dark, bruise like shadows caused by her frequent lack of sleep.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): She binds her chest and puts on a man's clothing; sneakers, dark jeans, a black t-shirt, and black hoody. Over her head, she wears a rigid rubber mask with a smooth, featureless white face, leaving only her eyes exposed. This worries her, because she's afraid that they're too recognizable, so she always has her hoody up to keep them in shadow. Across her back she carries a small pack containing chloroform and some other medical supplies. Sometimes, she has an aluminium bat tucked into her belt.

Personality: She rarely get close to anyone due to her busy schedule and naturally solitary nature, but when she does, she considers them to be more precious than anything in the world. She's fiercely protective, and will stop at nothing to help them should they need it, even at her own expense. She's reckless and rash, but will patiently stalk a target like a predator if the need is there.

History: When she was five years old, her father, a police detective, was responsible for the arrest and incarceration of a notorious mob leader. While in prison, this mob leader sent his goons to go extract revenge. They came in the night, killing her mother, father, sister and two big brothers. Victoria saw it all, and only survived because she hid in a closet. Ever since, she's had recurring nightmares in which she sees it all again, as if in a movie. She was raised in an orphanage and soon distinguished herself as a problem child, getting into fights and acting surly and uncooperative. She hated to socialize and chose to remain on her own. She attended many classes on self defense, and when she finished school, she continued with them, eventually becoming an expert. One night while working as a waitress, she came across a man assaulting a girl and she intervened, nearly killing the man in her rage. It was from then that she decided to become a vigilante. She swore to protect other people from those who sought to harm them, but in reality, her true goal is to kill the man who ordered her family's murder.

Skills/Chosen Methods: She has a great deal of stamina, excels at hand-to-hand combat, and prefers to use the element of surprise on her targets – achieved by using her speed and agility. She's also good at climbing buildings and squeezing herself into small, hard to find places.

Flaws (Required): Her obsession is revenge, and she will easily loose sight of the big picture in the pursuit of it. At times, she is ruthless, and afterwards, when she remembers what she's done, it eats her up inside. This forces her to go on and try to repent for her sins, allowing the vicious cycle to continue.

Other (Optional): Though the name she chose for herself is "Themis" (the Greek goddess of justice) no-one knows for sure that she's a woman. Also, she loves heights and the feeling of freedom and strength being tall gives her.

Name: Genevieve Lancaster

General Appearance: She has chin length red hair and pale blue eyes. Her skin is tanned naturally and she has a pair of phoenix wings tattooed on her back. She is strong, but not bulky and has trained briefly as a dancer gaining her the ability to move with grace and ease.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): She wears a pair of stretch pants that are black (because orange is too conspicuous as Con has pointed out) and a tanktop that is black and will often be seen wearing a black trench coat. She doesn't worry about her hair because it is short, but when she grows it out long, it is pulled back in a pony tail. She has a red mask that covered the top half of her face, leaving her eyes exposed for better sight. She wears a pair of sneakers to get a good grip on the ground when she runs.

Personality: She doesn't like talking to villains because she is sensative about the fact that her sister is a villain herself. She tries to avoid her when she can, but they have had a few run-ins before. Gen is smart and kind, but get on her bad side and you'll regret it. She is not very patient and hates to wait on other people, but doesn't mind making them wait for her. She generally works alone, but isn't adverse to the idea of a partner. She isn't overly bubbly, but isn't stoic either. She thinks she is a pretty average girl save for the fact that she runs around beating bad guys at night and the occasional day. She enjoys bantering with Constantine like there is no tomorrow, teasing him relentlessly and sometimes taking this farther than she should--i.e. straddling him and teasing him like that.

History: She and her sister were very close when they were young, but when her father died as a result of a shootout, Gen and her sister drifted apart. Gen mourned her father, but in time she grew to accept it and she moved on. She became Phoenix when she was fifteen in the hopes to help people like her father and keep people safe. Her sister took a different route, wanting to punish those who claimed to protect the people and the city. They have been in a fued ever since that will only end with one of them dead. She got a job at a dance studio and when she can she practices when no one is looking. Her mother died when she was sixteen and Gen blames herself because she had tried to save her mother as Phoenix and failed, getting a scar across her abdomen for it.

Skills: She is a great acrobat, incorperating flips into her attacks to confuse the enemy. She is very agile and likes to keep the fighting on her terms as often as possible. She is fairly good at hand to hand combat, but has a select few wepons to choose from--mainly throwing knives, smoke bombs, and her lucky bow and arrow. She is a great runner and can often be seen on rooftops, leaping great distances.

Flaws (Required): She blames herself for her mothers death and her sisters defection to the dark side. She feels guilty over the people she cannot save and the lives she has ever taken. She can also have a temper and blows up when she bottles her emotions inside for too long. She has also been spending more and more time at her parent's graves. She loves tourturing Con a lot and doesn't always know when to stop. Perhaps her teasing isn't all fun and games...?

Other (Optional): She is terrified of spiders--something her sister knows well and uses to her advantage often--but she's trying to get over it. She was bitten by a spider as a little girl and had to go to the hospital because of it. She hates hospitals and will avoid them at all costs, yet she does dangerous things like leaping from building to building. She doesn't try too hard to hide her identiy, she just thinks the mask is cool, but she's trying to be more secretive now that there is a bounty on her head because of her acts of heroism.

General Appearance: With his square jaw, chiseled cheekbones and deep blue eyes, he has the face of a Hollywood moviestar of decades past. His hair is black, sleek, and always neatly combed. He takes great pride in his appearance, often going to the gym to keep his muscles beefy.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): None. But when he's doing business, he always wears a charcoal three-piece suit.

Personality: He's your typical good 'ol boy from Texas; charming and engaging. However, if you're in his way, he'll kill you with a smile and step over your corpse.

History: He had a perfectly normal childhood, which makes it all the more puzzling as to why he became a psychopathic killer. As he worked his way through the ranks, (using underhanded methods and ruthless cunning) he gained a reputation for having no conscience whatsoever. That, in the eyes of the mob, made him very valuable. When a group of vigilantes became active in the city, he was given the assignment of eradicating them by any means possible, as they threatened the mob's lucrative drugs and prostitution businesses. He takes that assignment very seriously, and enjoys the hunt immensely.

Skills: He's an excellent shot with a gun, but prefers to work with his fists. His brute strength is amazing, enhanced by a very high pain threshold. He's also smart, despite the front he tries to put up.

Flaws (Required): Thanks to his size, he's quite slow.

Name: Katherine Lancaster

General Appearance: Shoulder length red hair, blue eyes. She and her sister are twins so they are nearly identical. Katherine is less muscled and has no training as a dancer, but she is strong and fast.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): She wears black jeans, a black tanktop and a black zip up hoodie with a red dot on the back. She also wears black fingerless gloves and black boots, where she keeps her dagger hidden. She doesn't have a mask.

Personality: She is everything Genevieve is not. She is mean and cruel and she loves to banter with anyone and everyone trying to stop her. She is not above flirting with the good guys and she enjoys getting them flustered. She works alone, no ifs ands or buts. Even though she and her sister are fighting and are on opposite sides of the law, she doesn't want to see her hurt and she knows that someday Genevieve will kill her, but she is putting it off for as long as possible. She has a temper and often comes with insults.

History: Her father died when she was young in a shoot out and she and her sister grew apart. Genevieve got over it in time, but Katherine turned more and more to the dark side of things. She got into some trouble and got sent to the juvinile detention center for two months. When she came out she had adopted the persona of Redback, knowing that her sister feared spiders and thus naming herself for one of the most poisonous. She started with small things, stealing purses and slashing tires, but quickly grew bored of that. She does grander heists and kidnaps people for fun. She has never visited her father's grave and never plans to visit her mother's.

Skills: Katherine likes to evade attacks and wear out the attacker until she can strike. She is better at hand to hand combat than her twin sister, but she is not as fast or acrobatic. She has a sword strapped to her back and her dagger hidden in her boot. She will trick her attacker to escape and will flee if at all possible to avoid confrontation--except with her sister. She gives her sister the chance to kill her every time they meet, but it hasn't happened yet.

Flaws (Required): She is fueled by her hatred of people who claim to be protecting the city and the people in it. The only person she does not hate is her sister, but she doesn't have the same love she once had. There is begrudging respect there, but her hatred blinds her often and she makes mistakes, doing things she wouldn't normally. When she is angry she is more likely to pick a fight, sometimes getting into tight spots that she has to get herself out of.

Other (Optional): She has a pet spider that she named Lovely and has brought it with her to battle her sister before just to scare her. She lives in a hotel room by herself and sometimes sits on the roof alone. She claims she doesn't get lonely, but it's a lie she tells herself.

Height: 6 ft1 inch

General Appearance: In his day to day life as a law student, he wears neat gray slacks and a short-sleeved white button-up shirt. He is very thin, but not emaciated, with sharp facial features made severe by his slim, square, silver-rimmed glasses. His straight black hair is longish, hanging in his eyes when he doesn't tuck it behind his ears, but, also always neat and clean. His eyes are black and a sharp almond shape. When he's unhappy or angry, they become even sharper, giving him the appearance of a stern teacher reprimanding his students.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): He doesn't venture out into the streets often, preferring to work from home or some other safe location. But when he does, his disguise consists of dark clothing, a hoody, and (occasionally) a mask that is black, instead of Themis's white. As a weapon, he carries a stungun.

Personality: Sven is old before his time, unconcerned with things he considers silly and juvenile like romance, humour, and laughter. He is completely focused on what he considers to be his calling in life, and that is putting away criminals. As a result, his personality has suffered for it. Although, there is still a gem of his old self underneath all the austerity. One just needs to look carefully enough.

History: He comes from a poor, broken home. An only child, he and his mother was his drunk father's punching bags until at age thirteen he gathered the courage to fight back. He grabbed a knife and threatened his father. The drunk laughed and told him he wouldn't do it. Sven did. There was a violent struggle. When it was over, both Sven and his father were bleeding. The old man fled the house and never returned, leaving behind three of his fingers, while Sven sustained a deep cut straight across his chest. He still bears the scar. In the following years, he worked hard in school to win himself a scholarship. Meanwhile, his love for computers and hacking bloomed, and he became one of the best in the world.

Skills: When it comes to hacking, he is almost unmatched in the technological world. Since he was a teenager, he's been able to hack into the police database and research both known and suspected criminals. But it was only recently that he's been using that skill to try and make a difference in the name of good. Through a series of coincidences, he met Themis, and they struck up an uneasy alliance where he supplies her (him) with the names of criminals that are on the loose, and she finds and scares the shit out of them.

Flaws (Required): He's socially awkward, especially around women, and when he's uncomfortable, he'll become even more formal and cold than normal.

Other (Optional): He's a geek, and mightily proud of it.

I don't really have a plan for him yet, but when the time comes, I'll introduce him.

Name: Landon Michaels

General Appearance: In his day to day life he dresses casually like any normal man would with jeans, beat up boots, and dark t-shirts. He has temple length dark brown hair that curls around his ears and is always just a little messy as if he's constantly running his fingers through it. He had intense blue eyes that are like crystal clear waters. There is a small scar slashing through his right eyebrow and his nose is slightly crooked from being broken. He's a strong guy, but he doesn't flaunt it and he isn't overly buff. He has nice, toned muscles and naturally tanned skin.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): He doesn't really have one, usually wearing a pair of jeans and a dark colored hoodie. To hide his identity, he wears a black mask that covers the entire top half of his face, leaving only his mouth and eyes visible.

Personality: Landon is serious about doing what he thinks is right--but that doesn't always coincide with what the law says. He's somewhat of a Robin Hood figure in cases, but he considers himself to be one of the good guys because he never kills anyone and never hurts innocent people. He's not opposed to roughing up a villan, however. He doesn't get angry fast or easily, but if he does, he really blows, sometimes getting violet--punching walls and smashing things. He has sworn to never hit a woman because when he was a child his mother was beaten constantly. When it wasn't his father--whom left one day and never came back--it was her boyfriend. He can be a flirt and a jokster, but he always has an underlying seriiusness that one can sense.

History: When Landon was young his father beat his mother terribly every day. Mercifully Landon never recieved a beating, but he felt worthless being unable to save his mother the pain. Then one day his father up and left and Landon thought it was the best thing in the world. Until his mother got a boyfriend and he started beating her too. The last time he beat her was when Landon was ten years old. He beat his mother so badly that he caused brain damage and Landon had to go live with his aunt and uncle while his mother went to live in an institution. Landon decided from then on that he would do what he thought was right and trained very hard, giving up things like friends and sports to turn his body into a weapon in and of itself. He started training to be a police officer, hoping to help the world, but soon found that lacking and struck out on his own.

Skills: He is strong, but there are those that are stronger. He is an excellent shot with a gun, but there are those that are better. What he can do that rivals that of everyone he has ever come into contact with is the ability to blend. He can go so deeply undercover that those who had him do so question his allegience, but he never wavers from what he believes is right. He's handy with many weapons--including the bow and arrow--and he has a keen eyes, able to spot things others might miss.

Flaws (Required): While he is great at many aspects of crime fighting, he doesn't always agree with what the law says is right and he will do illegal things if he believes in them. Not to mention the burning hatred in his gut for men who use and abuse women. Landon has a tendency to be tougher on men who have hurt women and children like rapists and kidnappers.

Other (Optional): When he can, Landon donates money, food, and clothes to a battered women's shelter, but he never visits them because he is a man and he would hate to scare the women. He visits his mother instead, though she doesn't remember who he is due to the brain trauma.

I don't have an exact plan for him yet and I don't know when he will be brought into things, but I figured we needed another guy and he kind of swings both ways on the good/evil scale. :) Bet he and Con get along wonderfully. ;)

General Appearance: He has wavy, sandy blonde hair that's always just a little bit too long and windswept. He constantly has to brush it out of his eyes, which are large, innocent and a soft brown (almost amber) in colour. His body is long and lean with pretty much no musculature to speak of. He usually wears jeans and a t-shirt along with a scruffy pair of trainers and a green camouflage jacket.

Superhero Outfit (Optional): None

Personality: He comes across as innocuous and a little naïve with a smile for anyone, but on the inside, his ruthless ambition has made him into a hard and cynical man. He will do anything to achieve his dream of becoming a hard-hitting crime reporter, even if that means getting his hands dirty.

History: After media college, he tried to become a reporter but didn't have much success. To support himself, he worked freelance as a cameraman and photographer, which, at least, brought him closer to the world of reporting that he loved so much. Just as he was growing desperate for a story which he could crack open and so doing rocket himself into fame, he learned of the death of Marvin Marks, aka The Dog. He investigated on his own and learned of a few questionable dealings Marvin had with a group of people just before his death. There were even rumours within the police department that they were the vigilantes currently running around loose on the streets, but they had no proof. Sebastian vowed that he would reveal the truth.

Skills: He's an expert in camera work and surveillance, and he has a veritable army of contacts from all walks of life to call on should he need any additional information or help.

Flaws (Required): He's terrible in a fight and fatally clumsy to boot.

Personality: He is unhinged. While, when talking to him, you might not notice how disturbed he is, he is very disturbed indeed. A sociopath actaully. And he has a one track mind. And Genevieve is in his cross-hairs.

History: He and Gen dated a few years back and he used her and left. Now he's seen her around and can't help but think she belongs to him. He stalks her, taking pictures of her. Hating Sven with a passion.

Flaws (Required): He's psychotic...and thinks Genevieve is his personal property.

Other (Optional): He likes taking pictures of her when she's not looking, but he attacks other women to satisfy his freaky needs. All of them bear some resemblance to Genevieve.

Personality: regular Personality: clumsy, kind, unselfish, loving, caring, friendly, dtizy, doesn't like showing how smart she is, nerdy, will still help the villian but not as much as her other self, submissive to her evil side. Villain Personality: heartless, ruthless, angry, bi-polar, evil, very arrogant, angry, she is selfish and doesn't care about any one else but her self, she has no caring over other people at all, she love's money and is incredibly greedy, fearless.

History:She is a very bored girl, a psychopath to put it simply, suffering from a mutability of personality and anit-social disorders. she allways found it hard to express her self through feelings and emotion.. preferring to hit things..break something or make sure everyone knows she is smarter then them. she started the super villain act at a young age of 16....taking a slip from the hero's book..she created a civilian identy..of a clumsy, kind and caring persona she had learned how to emulate the way normal people acted, this act developed a life of its own, this sweet, clumsy and caring persona, she sticks to this who ever she is around and anyone who has seen both sides its hard to see they are the same person. Her mother had stopped talking to mher when it was found her custome, and her older sister had long ago moved out and intothe world

Skills: Genius-Level Intellect, When Alexia changes into her costume, her physiology (heart rate, etc) seems like a different person, her whole personality changes when she switches into costume.

Flaws (Required):Unless in her villain costume she is basically useless in a fight and a bit of a coward. Villian her: is a bit 'genre blind' and will often do the whole evil plan speech or just leave the hero's for dead and not check, will get into arguments with what she call's her 'weaker side' at the wrong times.

Personality: Doctor Montiague isn't exactly a face-to-face villain. He twists minds, makes them thinks other things. To do that he uses smooth words.

History: Doctor Montiague was born in New Orleans. He saw many witch doctors while he was there. Then he left. He started to practice speaking to people, trying to get them to look his way. It was an average way of persuading. However, he noticed through and through that every time he did it - the longer he did it - everyone had a strange look on their face. He didn't believe it was an actual power, just a compilation of words. Which was exactly what it was. Only the weakest of mind would think it was a power.

Skills: Can do some very strange things to your mind. During that time he tends to attack.

Flaws: Weakest point is when he's twisting your mind. So if you have a sidekick, it is suggested to have them sneak attack during said time.

Other: This character was actually an attempt on a distraction-like character. If that makes sense...?
