Cool. I love zodiacs. :)

My current story used to be called "The Burning", since I couldn't think of a good title... I managed to find a way to vent my Ôkami love into it, and now it is titled "Fire Mirror" and will have a few allusions to the legends of the Shinto sun goddess Amaterasu. :D Originally it was going to be a novella, pretty short, but I might be able to lengthen it now... I'll see. Depending on how things go, it will either remain a single novella or develop into a series.

Neways, it's about a wolf, Flight, whose pack is threatened by a forest fire. Her brother, Song, tries to contact the fire spirit, Saruma, to ask her to put it out, but she's busy helping humans. Flight and Song have to get her themselves. Somehow they attract the attention of several other spirits, who then join them on their journey. They apparently have powers even I don't know about, because I only just learned a basic fact about the wind spirit. :P Thanks to the weekend, I'm hoping to get Chapter 3 up soon. ^^

Hmm...

The story I'm working on now is "Shadow and Stone." I can't think of a better name for the moment, I'm just using one of the story's legends.

Well, the story is concentrated around a high school sophomore named Mark who gets dragged into an alternative universe. There, he gets caught up in a terriost attack on the government from people from Earth. So in short, he has to stop the rebels, not for his safety, but for the safety of others.

Meh, I'm having a hard time talking about it.

Sounds original!

Mine is "Zelione: The Illusionary"

its about Anya, who witnessed her family's murder at the age of 6. 10 years later she's engaged to the son of the man who murdered her family. When he recognizes her, she must escape with Sirian, an annoyingly handsome peasant. Together they must fight to survive through terrifyingly dangerous illusions to make it to a city that can help restore peace to her own country.

Mine is called The Dream Maker, it's basically a tale about a man's journey to meet a Dreamer; a person that can make anything a person wants real....just not in the way it expect. And along this journey he uncovers the rather unpleasant truth about his past, present and ultimately his future. I review if you review...honestly!

My current work is "Fire Mirror". (It is now a project for high school, so I know I will finish it. I have to. :P) It's about a wolf pack whose home is threatened by an uncontrollable forest fire that simply will not go out like it should have by now., but the only being who can stop it, the fire spirit Saruma, is currently occupied dealing with humans in the east. A group of wolves, guided by the wind spirit Caelum, sets out to find her in hopes of getting her to stop the wild blaze before it destroys everything.

I started this piece when I felt a dire need to write something, but I couldn't think of anything I actually wanted to write, so I started taking novella "commisions" from friends on the Wands and Worlds forum. I started developing the first one ("Wolf who goes out to find a girl because she is the chosen one or whatever who needs to save the land"), which at first I was annoyed at because it felt so cliche (and was parallel to "Fell"). Then it became all crazy and inspired and completely original, and grew into an actual novel... or the plot did, at least. So it does start out kind of quickly, but as part of my project I have to get on to the second drafts, so I can expand and improve it then.

In general, this story is inspired by my love of wolves and Amaterasu (coughOkamicough), hence the wolf main characters and the "fire mirror". ;) If I do end up giving this book sequels for whatever reason, they will almost certainly involve Amaterasu's other regalia (magatama and tsurugi, the jewel necklace and sword).

Hey! A lot of these sound really awesome, and I'm thinking I'm going to have to go check a few out.

Anyway, the story that I'm writing right now is called In A Handbasket: My (Mis)Adventures in Hell. It's about a music nerd of a vampire named Jack Bellamy who, in order to live a few centuries longer than he would've otherwise, sells his soul to Satan. When the time is up, he's whisked off to Hell where he has to work at the front desk, registering people and dealing with nasty employee picnics, and live with a shapeshifting demon named Alex Ridley who just happens to be obsessed with the Doors and fine wine.

I just posted the third part and am working on the fourth as we speak. It's leans more toward comedy, but there's also a fair share of romantic stuffs involved, though most of it is M/M. Just a warning. :P But if anyone is interested, check it out! I'd love you forever if you did. ^_^

Hello there!

Title: Epic

URL: http://www.fictionpress.com/s/2536598/1/Epic

Summary: Welcome to paradise. Don't panic; you're not dead. Because, as it turns out, heaven really is a place on earth. All you have to do is survive an apocalypse, and you're in!

I'm actually debating whether or not this belongs in the fantasy category or not. It does deal with the "fantastic", but it also has elements of sci-fi, action, romance, and horror. So I'm kind of stuck. Anyway, it's about a post-apocalyptic earth where the only civilization left is a warped paradise called "Utopia". And... that's all I can tell you! I don't want to spoil it. :P

My story is called Orange Abyss. Chapter two just came out yesterday. It used to be in the manga section, but then I realized that I could never imagine this as a manga. I moved it to here instead.

Summary: Ruri, a young witch, is in a tight spot. Aside from being one of the few remaining members of Justus, she also possesses the object that can destroy Badd once and for all. Problem is, she can't use it. Who can then?

This is actually the first story I wrote that didn't end up in the trash can after two paragraphs. I hope my writing will improve as I get deeper into the story.

As of right now, my story is titled, "Nowhere Kids," but as I'm working on the overall plot, I'm straying more away from this. It just doesn't seem to fit because the asic idea has changed and such. So, now I'm having problems with a good title. .__.; Summary: [thus far, I guess] Enkeyi and and Alastor are modern-day magick users and head of their coven which recently suffered a deep blow by the death of Enkeyi's older brother, Shawn. She's personally suffering from it the most, while Alastor and his younger brother Danni are trying to help her. But there was more to his death than just a street fight. Unbeknownst to her, Shawn was a part of something much more dangerous...much more powerful. As everything around her unfolds and people she thought she knew turn out to be in on some huge secret she was being shielded from by Shawn, she loses ground even more despite her brother's desperate attempts to reach her beyond the grave to save her. It's still a work in progress as I'm gathering the characters and concepts, but that's the basic jist of it. :D Any suggestions or comments?~ Would be much appreciated.

I have two ongoing stories at the moment (I really didn't want to do that but the plot bunny wouldn't leave me alone)

The first one's called Millimeia, it's about a girl who is found under strange circumstances with no memory of where she came from, she doesn't remember anything it seems except her name. This could be considered a normal case of amnesia if it wasn't for an incident the the detective witnessed in the hospital the night she was found. So far I only have the prologue and the first chapter up but already it's been doing very well (I think half the people who read it stumbled onto it by accident and just happened to like it but that's just me)

My second story is called 'Through the Looking Glass, But Nowhere Near Wonderland'(that's the full title, it wouldn't fit so I had to shorten it) inspired by Alice in Wonderland(obviously), it's about two kids' and one man's journey through the looking glass to a not so wonderful Wonderland. I only have the prologue out with this one but I will add more chapters later on.

Hello!

My story is entitled " Fleeting Fury: Endless Rain". I started it a long time ago as a gift to a friend, who was trying to publish, and is a new perspective on one of her original plots. It's basically about an alternate world, like in ancient folklore of gods and demons... somewhat a compromise between late japanese and greek mythology. There is the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of Earth, with the divine relegated strictly to the Heavens, in order not to disrupt the energy flow of Earth (since they are too powerful). However, the evil gods were cast out of the heavenly Kingdom and condemned to the earthly realm, in which the majority of their powers were stripped away and they became mortal - hence, the birth of demons.

Humans, however, are completely incapable of any magical inclination, and had no means of defending themselves from the new threat. And so the gods gave rise to a special race of guardians, with minimal powers granted to protect the people and most of all the one solitary temple - the single gateway between heaven and earth, created so that the gods and the humans could communicate and intervene when need be. It also allowed gods to visit the earthly realm - albeit with a temporary restriction of their immense powers - when desired, although only within the bounds of the sacred temple grounds. However, when godesses and guardians began to fall in love - the ancestral gods were outraged, leaving the temple in ruins and cursing the guardian race.

But Heaven's fury didn't act alone - an vengeful guardian, Yurei, betrayed his own clan, vowing to destroy the perpetrators and their half-breed daughters and purge them for their sin. His followers, too, acted to divide an already cursed and dying legacy, hunting down their last hopes for divine salvation - those few, divine travesties of daughters - in what is becoming a hostile, godless world.

How will Karai - the last guardian - act upon his fate... to destroy the world, or save it?

[It's extremely hard for me to summarize, but please read and review! It would be very much appreciated! I initiallly stopped writing altoghter because there were some details I couldn't work out, and it would help if I had some people updated on the story that I could consult with! Please and thank youuu! ]
