Topic: Fire Techniques/ elemental abilities
If anyone has any fire techniques, I'd appreciate it. I do have some, but they all seem relatively similar.

I made up a few techinques before, so I guess I could mention a few...

Burst Flare: (I'm making up names as I go here...) The caster gathers fire energy in his hands and compresses it into as small an area as he can, building up power as he goes. What results is a ball of pure energy, to ignite and explode at the caster's discretion or upon its concussion with something.

Rain of Ash: The caster summons a large fireball, but instead of throwing it at the enemy directly, they cause it to ignite. (Preferably at a safe distance from themselves.) The fireball scatters, causing fragments to fall slowly to the ground as embers. Not very damaging to people, but a good way to cause buildings to burn.

Chrysanthemum: (Spell check please!) A distraction technique that's more show than damage. The caster creates a momentary puff of flame that resembles a flower in bloom. At point blank range, it can singe as well as causing blindness and damage to the eyes.

Chrysanthemum, that sounds interesting. The idea for distraction techniques is a good one. Maybe I should put up that one technique I came up with.

Thermaltransferrence: Similar to electrotransferrence only with heat instead of electricity. concentrates heat into a specific part of the body and forces it into an object/person.

Again, much thanks. ^-^

Heatless Flame
Smokeshield- tosses fire into water to create burning steam to confuse and scare opponent.

Fire Blast - Consentrates energy into oneself and blasts an Fire outline of the caster at the enemy.

Inferno - (Asuming the caster is imune to the effctecs of fire) consentrates energy into oneself and blasts a piller of flame around the caster, the continuing to add more energy the piller expands outwards destroying everytihn gin its path.

Wall of fire - puts up a wall of fire between oneself and the opponent working as a shield to incomming magic/weapons

Fire Armor - Create a skin of fire over the caster so hot that swords would melt before they got close enough to do damage. can be used offensivly as well as defensively

Minion - Conjures a solider of fire, complete with a weapon of the casters choice, which is then controlled and used to fight. Minimizing potential harm to the caster. The more powerful the mage, the more minions that can be conjured and controlled at once.

The Eye of Ra - a devastating move, used only as a last resort. Infusing oneself with the power of fire (Fatal), boring all of the available energy into oneself. Into a single point. The surrounding area is incinerated, completely vaporized. And when all of the casters energy is used up. They unleash everything they have in a hellish explosion, obliterating everything within a certain radius of them. The caster is killed because of the massive force of energy and power.

Supernova - as above, but if a certain amount of energy is collected (usually by more mages adding there own power) when the explosion occurs the atmosphere of the planet is instantly ionized. Causing all life to die in a massive firestorm of suffocation and burning.

Solar Flare - similar to the "Eye of Ra" but the caster does not infuse them with the power of fire and concentrates the energy at a point not inside them. Because of this it is considerably weaker, but still a very powerful move and the mage is generally incapacitated afterwards.

Fire Storm - The caster creates a large of ball of fire as needed, then launches it into the air above the target where it explodes, causing a flaming shockwave, burning everything in its path.

this is fun =)

Jaws of the Beast: Twin streams of flame jetison from the casters hands and form into a dragon like beast swallow all those unfortunate enough to get in its way.

Phionix Rising - completly envolopes self in fire, and takes the form of a giant bird. rises into the air and bombards the target with blasts of fire and heat. then dives straight at the target incinerating everything in its path.

Blazing Air - creates a sword of fire, then swipes it infront of him, concentrating the slashes and forming a huge blaze across the entire sword, then throws it at the target. it explodes and showeres flaming shards of metal everywhere.

Pentagram - Creates the sword of fire, then spins it on the gound around him, making a cicle, then swipes it across forming a flaming pentagram on the gound, the pentagram can be of any size, and can be used to block incomming projectiles by raising the flames of one segment high enough.

Armor of the underworld - Completely engulfs self in white hot flames. Anything that gets to close will melt if it is not strong enough. Requires a lot of energy and is generally only used for a couple of seconds as a quick shield.

Trail Blazer - Slashes the floor with the flaming sword, a small wall of fire then follows the direction of the slash for a few meters.

Phoenix Rush - envelopes self in fire and rushes the target with random bursts of flame firing out in all directions. Very useful if you are surrounded.

Fire Dance: Control the flames with special movements. (Not quite sure how to define it) The movements vary between different people/ fire users.

Iternal Wrath (i've just been playing Fable, so give me a break) - focus's energy onto the ground around the caster and then opens up the underword under any targets within the evergiesed ground. the targets life force is ripped from there bodys in big pillers of flame that reach up to the sky.

Interesting. I'm not great with fire attacks, lava though... Anyway, keep it up you crazy pyro! ^-^ Kdh.

Firestorm: A whirling mass of flames engulfs the enemy... and the caster... and anybody in a mile radius for that matter.

XD i'm crazy and im a pyromaniac lol.

Supercharger - (caster needs to be able to fly to do this) Soar up into the Ionosphear and draw in energy fron the ions emmited from the sunrays. (Fire is one of the most common forms of Plasma, which is Ionised gass, it is also in the ionoshpear)

Solar Winds - Draws the power of Fire into the air around the caster and creates a raging inferno which is then hurled in all directions.

Rayukashen (rie-you-ka-shin) - a dark fire attack, fires a huge blast of fire at the target. it does not radiate heat but what ever it touches is incenerated instandly buy the immence heat contained inside.

Quick Sand - the castor blasts the power of fire through the ground, (only works on sand) forming a layour of glass. the castor then blasts fire through the ground again, this time with immence force, casuing the glass to turn molten. anything stood on top will be slowly dragged under, burned and suffocated.

Ion Beam - focus the power of fire into a point in front of the caster and then blast it at the target with the speed of light, the attack is relitivly weak becuase of how small it is, but it will peirece anything in its path. it also has the added effect of lighting up an area.

Positron Blast - Lets off a volly of positrons (the anti-matter version of electrons) in the direction of the target. they are invisable apart from a faint red glow. what ever they hit is stripped of its electrons and is ionised, bascily what ever they hit instanly bursts into a deadly raging inferno. (this includes the air so the attack must be super-close range)

Candle Hypnosis: This requires the caster to light five small candles and use their flames to hypnotise the enemy by spinning them around in the air.

Crazy's Kdh of Fire: I make everything spontaniously combust at will, Bwuhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

What happened?
#22 Dec 08th 2007, 4:08pm
Soul Decay
things were spontainusly combusting near me... dunno why...

Graviton Burst - caster superheats there body and pulls the fire inside of themselfs. the heat strips the plasma down to Ions and Raidation (free Nuclie) the resulting mass of plasma, ions and Radiation is then blasted at the enemy in the form of a beam eminating from the casters hands.

Meteor rush: Calls forth a hail of meteors, caster is at risk during this as he/she has no control over where they land.
#24 Dec 08th 2007, 4:15pm
Soul Decay
eh hem... you stole my idea... and techicly they are still rocks. just because they burn in the atmossphear doesnt mean a fire user could move them in the first place... to be honest. ice would have best control over them...

Fire sphere: similar in use to a water sphere, it surrounds the victim in flames, not quite touching them. It can be compressed to the point of..erm..burning them. *sigh* There's not much for fire to do.

Would you mind explaining why?

Well, I'm sorry I can't remember EVERYTHING from chemistry and physics and whatnot. That's why I was attempting to use light attacks as light bending and illusions and such in my story. Actually, you wouldn't know that yet, heheh.
