Author has written 12 stories for Humor, Life, Song, Love, and Religion. I am Micah, 22 year old male currently human, formerly known by other names that I've long since shed over the years, and this is my collection of crap. I like to think that my newer stuff is better than the old stuff, but I keep the old up for sake of comparison. But then again much of the newer stuff is actually just older stuff that I rediscovered in the recesses of my hard drive, which I suppose makes my last point void. I'm generally a happy and headstrong person, a little quirky and hard to be taken seriously. But then again, it's hard to be serious anyway. This probably shows in my writing; sometimes I try writing serious things but they always come out sounding overly playful. I'm not a fan of writing at all. Poetry, novels, college essays... none of it. But you know, drug addicts aren't fans of crack either but they continue taking it because of who they are. It's like that. I prefer the sciences to the arts, and it's annoying as hell that the only classes I excel in are usually the latter and I wish people wouldn't urge me on. My English teachers were too kind to me as a kid when I was sad and depressed, and sent me down this path of BLAH. THANKS MRS. STIDGER, MR. BARNETT, ETC. Currently I'm preparing for NaNoWriMo '08. Which, if you didn't know, is a commitment to a fate worse than death where you will inevitably pass out multiple times and have numerous mental breakdowns over the span of a single month.
