Bio:
A little bit about myself, I am currently a college student on the East Coast of the United States of America working on an international relations, and history dual major. I have a few minors as well, but they really are unimportant. My concentration focuses on comparative politics, and diplomacy in the Middle East. I also do some work on Eastern Europe, and East Asia, as I have a strong background in both. In addition, anthropology, the study of cultures, and languages all fascinate me. For some bizzare reason I keep taking new languages that are completely unrelated to each other.

My reading tastes are quite diverse. Obviously I enjoy fanfiction, thought at my age it's become my dirty little secret. I also enjoy reading Fantasy novels. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that I find JRR Tolkien's works to be absolutely amazing. In fact, the Silmarillion is my favorite book of all time. As for more mainstream literature, Dosteyevsky, Bulgakov, Voltaire, Dante, and John Milton are my personal favorites. I also partake in poetry from time to time, and I recommend the English romantic period to all of you. Coleridge, Keats, and Byron. Tennyson and Kipling also are amongst my favorites.

As for my stories, I am sure that those of you have read them can see the influence that my studies have had on them. My writing tends to be full of intrigue, suspense, and angst. This is, personally, what I enjoy the most in any kind of writing. Hence, it is not surprising that I attempt, with my meager skills, to try to work these themes into my own stories.
