My pen name is pronounced as "Sa" (as the "su" in "such") and "ti" (like saying "tie"). Just in case anyone was wondering how that was pronounced...
I am a native of Belvedere, SC (which is located pretty much just across the state line from Augusta, GA - the home of the Masters golf tournament, though I'm no real golf fan) and am a graduate of the University of South Carolina - Columbia (the "other" USC). I got a degree in anthropology (the study of man, where he came from, and where he's going - NOT dinosaurs, that's paleontology) and am interested in working in a museum. I have been married for three years to a navy man (whom I had dated for six years prior) and am living back in South Carolina after three years in Connecticut. I'm 25 and am currently unemployed. I've returned to working on my stories quite a bit now and am working on several stories at the moment, one of which is currently being posted and most of the others are listed below.
I almost exclusively write fantasy (and most of that's romance) that will range in rating from PG to R. I plan to post several stories and may end up putting up some of my novellas - I've written three. On fanfiction.net I have a Pokemon fanfic (yes, I used to like Pokemon before they started adding all the new Pokemon - and I'm obsessive about mew!) and a failed trilogy for a Harry Potter fanfic which centered around Tom Riddle/Voldemort (this one won't be completed due to plot issues and will probably soon be deleted from my account there).
Original works in progress that will eventually be posted but not necessarily in the order they are listed inbelow listed below (expected rating follows the summary) -
Faerie Goddragon - Sort of a parody and sort of cliche in parts (though I intend it to be that way for this story). A princess with a dragon for a faerie godmother and that refuses to be courted by the hordes of noblemen that come to call might just have a different fate in store for her than anyone - even her godmother - could have imagined. Inspired by a friend's brainstroming with me for one of her own stories, the "Enchanted Forest" series by Patricia C. Wrede (sort of...), and one of my favorite poems - "The Princess" by Sara Henderson Hay. Expected rating - PG
Karis - Title subject to change to "Children of the Triad" or something else entirely! This is literally the first story I ever started working on in earnest (about forteen years ago) and has undergone five major revisions since then. Almost NOVEL length (an average of eight pages per chapter - that's around 6000+ words) and looking to be over 30 chapters. With dreams of a strange land invading her sleep, a young girl is soon tossed into another world and finds out that she, her twin sister, and best friend may be the only hopes for long hoped for peace on that world...but there is a "hidden" battle that has gone unnoticed for centuries that is the biggest threat and may destroy them all. Sounds cliche, but it's really not in my opinion...though there are some cliche moments. Expected rating - PG-13
Dowry of Stories - A very angsty story...which I'm shocked I could write! A girl who's severely neglected by her family finds solace in the forest with imaginary friends that might not be all that make-believe. Romance will show up towards the end. Oddly, this spawned from an alternate idea I had for "Dragon's Gift"! Expected rating - R
The House and the Grove - Set on an alternate Earth in a White Wolf-ish setting. Vampires are the political leaders of the world. Witches, sorcerers, werewolves, and other "legendary" beings struggle for power. Normal humans are only prey. But one witch might just change the balance of power when she gets taken as the mistress to a promonient vampire lord. Expected rating - R
More coming soon...
I love twists, and there are plenty in my stories...so sit down, buckle up, and prepare for a few shocks along the way...
I do hope you enjoy all my stories. And feel free to send me an e-mail or IM (both Yahoo! and AOL, same name)...I'll be glad to hear from you.

The Island and The Ring by Laura C. Stevenson (if you can find it, out-of-print last I checked)
The Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King (this is NOT one of his horror stories, and the only one of his books I really like)
Song in the Silence, The Lesser Kindred, and Redeeming the Lost by Elizabeth Kerner (though the first one is the best)
