October 22nd 2009 - The new chapter is finally 100 percent done! It's the longest chapter I have ever written, almost the size of two of my usual ones. I just need to (attempt to) spell check/revise it now. I like to wait a few days before I do that because I think it helps me pick up on errors if the words aren't quite so fresh in my mind. Update should be no later then Saturday. :)

July 23rd 2009 - I know I promised you guys the the new chapter a month ago, so I'm sorry about the wait. Skipping to the good news, the new chapter of SL&HS is finished, it just needs some fine tuning before it's posted.

June 5th 2009 - I feel so bad...I know I said I'd have the new chapter up by the end of the month but it is kicking my ass. It's turning out to be longer then I planned. Right now it looks like it's going to be twice the size of the last one. I'm more then halfway done it, finally. Gimme another week or two and then hopefully you guys will have the new chappy.

May 3rd 2009 - The new chapter of SL&HS is complete, it just needs to be looked over and it'll be posted.

April 22nd 2009 - I'm back! I just wrote about 30 pages of the new chappy for SL&HS, so if anyone out there is still reading it expect an update in the next week or so. I am desperately looking for a beta. Volunteers, anyone? I'd be forever grateful.

Apologies for leaving my stories unattended for so long. I can tell you now that Can't Stay Away will NEVER be finished, don't know why I haven't deleted it from my account yet. But SL&HS...that WILL be finished. I've even started a new story, but SL&HS won't get out of my head. The characters won't even let me write for other fics. They get jealous and persistent, especially Sniper. ;)

I'm hoping I can start cranking out at least a chappy a month.

I used to share this account with a best friend of mine, but she's (unfortunately) too busy to do any writing anymore, so the account is just mine.

I don't really know what I could write about myself that wouldn't bore you all to tears. There is a reason I stick to writing fiction LOL

Note on Sex, Lies, and Highschool: I began writing this story when I was really young. The first six or seven chapters are written...poorly, to put it nicely. My writing has improved greatly since and (I like to think) each new chapter is written better then the last. So, if you can make it through the first few chapters, hopefully you'll start to really enjoy the story.
