I'm 20 years old (female), from Cape Town South Africa. I am a Third year student at the Waterfront Theater School, where I study drama, dance and musical theatre. I love to write and am currently writing a fantasy novel and a vampire script. Music is my inspiration, my heart-beat.

Okay, the main things I'm going to put up here are my BJN Chronicles. These are short books about a series that I have been writing on for five years. When I was in high school, my two best friends and I started writing on a silly story using characters based on people we knew and the three main characters were based on us. Bob (Kate), Joe (Candice) and myself Nic (Nicole). The whole thing was a spy story where six geniuses are used for a special branch of the police. The catch though was, the three girls were ex-cons. Bob was a spy for an enemy group after she was an accountant for companies about to go under. She is also a Princess from some small remote island but her parents were killed by their trusted advisor. She found herself in France helping an elderly man save his museums. He took pitty on her and he sort of adopted her, so she refers to him as Grandfather. Red caught her and took her to Mr. Swartz and made her see that she was working for the wrong people. Bob has an attitude on her and knows how to handle a gun well.

Joe was orphaned at a young age as well and was raised in a circus where she became an ace at the trapeze. She also became one of the world's best and most dangerous hackers. At one stage in her life she was involved with the mob who's calling card was a dead butterfly. She's the goofball of the group and who loves to make fun of Nic. J.J. caught Joe and took her to Mr. Swartz.

Nic is the dark one of the three. Her past is also very complicated which is why she is the way she is now. She was orphaned at the age of six and unfortunatly for her, she not only knows how her parents died, but saw it happen. She was in the car when it crashed, killing her parents instantly. She had no next of kin and so was pushed off to join a commune. For a time this was her home and her family but in her travels she was taught by a very clever woman called Madam Stellar to become a Cat Burglar. She was taught to use her skills as a theif for good use only. When Alex, the owner of the commune found this out, he employed her to test museum security. She thought she was stealing dummy jewelry and telling Alex about how she was getting in and out but he was lying to her and keeping the real jewelry. When the police started to suspect them, he kicked Nic out of the commune. She was thirteen and spent most of her time picking pockets and doing petty theft to stay alive. That is until Derek found her and invited her to join the Thief's Guild. There, she became the world's best Cat Burglar and was known as the Ice Queen for her love of steeling diamonds.
When she was sixteen, she was caught by Barb and taken to Mr. Swartz to join the special ops force. Nic is very spiritual even though she may seem jaded. She likes to meditate and often talks of vibes and auras, and Joe loves to tease her about it.

Red is the leader along with Bob of the team. Like the rest of the guys, he was raised by Mr. Swartz at the age of six specifically for this special ops force. He is an expert in computer hacking and him and Joe often quibble about who the better hacker is. Red has a huge crush on Bob but is too shy to do anything about it.

J.J. is a goofball and usually acts like he just wandered into the room by accident. He's laid back as opposed to Red's anxious and strict nature. J.J. is an expert in Bombs. He has a crush on Joe and the two are usually inseperable.

Barb is like Nic when it comes to meditation and spirituality. He used to be a very weak character and would follow Nic about like a puppy and never stick up for himself but in the past few years he has learnt to become much stronger. He is also an expert in demolition and bombs. He has a huge crush on Nic and is pretty much in love with her.

Mr. Swartz is the leader of the group and is a genius himself. He doesn't show it (or tries not to) but he thinks of the teens as his children.
