Hi all
Chapter 8 of PLPP is up and I just wanted to explain that I only plan on having one other chapter written in the same article-based format later on in the story. Several of you have already made very educated guesses about what that chapter will be called!
Nothing else to report, except that I have five different scenes that I could use as the start of the next chapter and I can't decide which will work the best. Most annoying!
Oh, and I've put a poll up. I'll be fascinated to see whether people actually vote.

Favourite books: Daughter of the Forest- Juliet Marillier, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (people always just say the series but my favourite is the fourth)-J.K. Rowling, Pride and Prejudice- Jane Austen, Back Home- Michelle Magorian, Good at Games- Jill Mansel, Across the Nightingale Floor- Lian Hearn, Getting Lucky- Susan Andersen, Eleven on Top (as with the Harry Potter series these books are all great but this one is my favourite so far)- Janet Evanovich, Daughter of Fortune- Isabel Allende, The Chase- Louisa May Alcott, The Horse and His Boy (again the same as the HP series but this Narnia book was the one which I would read again and again)- C.S. Lewis, Cross Stitch- Diana Gabaldon...Going to stop now as this could stretch on into infinity.
Favourite music: The Living End, The Streets, Evita- TheMusical, Hilltop Hoods, Wig Wam, Foo Fighters, Millencolin, Franz Ferdinand, every entry to the Eurovision song contest, The Vines, Regurgitator, Maximo Park. Okay basically Australian and British pop/hard/punk rock and musicals litter my CD collection with a bit of hip hop here and there and soundtracks because who doesn't like a good soundtrack?!
I will inevitably be listening to Triple J, thank goodness for being Australian and, therefore, having a good radio station!
Favourite TV shows: Gilmore Girls, Lost (didn't think I would but I got sucked in), Spicks and Specks, So Graham Norton, Red Dwarf, Coupling, Ab Fab, Night and Day, Pride and Prejudice BBC mini series (honestly who doesn't love that? I got the double DVD set for 20 the other day, I'm so stoked!)
Favourite films: Geez here we go...The Leaving of Liverpool, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Emperors New Groove, The Princess Bride, Far and Away, Cry Baby, Willow, The Shawshank Redemption, Corky Romano, Goldeneye, The Negotiator, National Treasure, The Long Kiss Goodnight, The Phantom of the Opera, Purely Belter, Clueless, The Breakfast Club, Safe Men, Enemy of the State, About a Boy, The Abduction Club, Zulu...and as with the books I'd better stop there.
Favourite Food: Pasta (in all shapes and forms, with all sauces, it cannot go wrong!)
Favourite Football (as in soccer) team: Liverpool fc
Favourite AFL team: Adelaide fc (Carn the Crows!)
Favourite football players: Owen (why oh why did you leave Liverpool?), Gerrard and Lua Lua
Favourite AFL players: Ricciuto, Mcloud, andHenschel (I've yet to like a player for a different team from my own!)
Now my parents always taught me that if I had nothing nice to say there was no need to say it but I can't help myself...
Least favourite football and AFL teams: Manchester United (Just retire already Sir Alex!) and West Coast fc (cocky little so and so's that they are)
So I suppose that leaves me with nothing more to say then thanks, think hard before voting conservative, and have a good life.
