Well, I'm an American college student that likes to write when I'm not slacking off on doing my homework. Not that I'm too much of a slacker, being an honors student and all, but avoiding homework is probably one of my primary artistic inspirations...

When I'm not writing or reading, I like to draw, play video games, surf the 'net, and read webcomics.

If I'm not at school or the computer desk, then I'm probably at church since my entire social life revolves around church events. ;)

Still Guilty as Charged:
The last entry in the journal of a self-condemned criminal. It's connected with other works in progress of mine but it stands on its own. I like it even though it's pretty dark for me. Sometimes getting into the minds of your characters isn't a very nice experience.

Mad Magic, my NaNoWriMo '05 novel. Currently being posted as my time permits me to double check for grammar and divide my original 50,000+ word chunk of text into manageable chapters.
No prophecies, no princesses, no saving the world. Instead, it's about 3 teenagers, 1 ex mercenary turned bodyguard, an order of wizards, and the mad scientist who's trying to sabotage them.
It's my first finished work of any significant length and I'm aware that I'm still learning how to properly tell a story, so any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. I'm most likely not going to go back and rework this story but any comments about what works and what doesn't will help me do better in the future.
