Author has written 5 stories for Fantasy, Fantasy, Life, and Supernatural.

Hey guys!

You have stumbled into Laboratory 0337, home of the Biohazard Bunny.

I go by Brenna, Bunny, Muskrat, and Leech so feel free to call me any of those. Or just, not. I don't really care.

So, Basic Info: I am a college student, thus am pretty busy so I do update fairly slowly and I'm dreadfully sorry about that but there's only so much I can do. I am also not so great at grammar and spelling, mostly I'm ok though. Thank goodness for spellcheck right? :D But I do love to write (when not stricken by writer's block) and do try hard on my poems/stories so please be KPR. (That's Kind, Polite and Respectful. Strange things do stick in one's brain from Middle School.)

Also, if you have criticism please make it constructive. If you don't like something the best thing you can do for me and yourself is explain so I don't do it again. People who merely criticize and move on tend to get ignored and labeled badly if you know what I mean. I'd hate to misjudge you. Thank you.

About the Author: I am an avid fantasy/mystery reader who enjoys scifi as well as pretty much everything else. (So help me goodness if I have to read a history/non-fiction novel... ) This pretty much enables the entirety of my writing style, plus a little Dungeons and Dragons, (Yes. I am a Nerd, proud of it too.) thus creatures of myth and legend are every day occurances for my brain, though I bet you know that already. Onward!

About the stories/poems:

Music Box: This is the story of... well, self discovery really. Myrna has always been a little lost in the world, but when she gets thrown into an entirely different world of vampires and monsters that roam the night she discovers a depth of possibility within herself and her surroundings. It's got, obviously, a fantasy/ fiction setting but dabbles in other things; impossible romances, the shedding of one's own flaws, the seeking of true control, all with a touch of mystery and just plain mean-ness on my part.

This is what I am currently pouring my efforts into, so it is going to get updated more. It mostly follows Myrna and Schatten, though a few other people do get their own scenes. Easy to follow I believe, and hopefully it draws you in. Accents are mild for reading ease.

Everlasting Fire: I'd never really thought about it, but on key points EF also shares the self discovery rug. This I started a long time ago, it's been re-written (It's much better now if I do say so myself) and is still evolving. Each chapter is from a different point of view than the one preceeding and following it, which is at first hard to get used to. But as soon as you do so the story is much better. You get a real sense of time. At the same time that Dante is escaping with his treasure Adena is counting money with a sense of dread while both Talon and Tacala are embarking on adventures of their own.

This is the story of discovery but of the world around one's self. While Tacala grows as a person she learns about the world she's lived in; it's past, how it is now, and it's future. She learns to see it with open eyes because there are differnt cultures, different religions and different views floating around her water-locked continent. Even while she struggles with that, she must learn the ins and outs of a world that isn't her own; a world of gods and deities, their fights and betrayals and attempt to bring her world to safety.

My second on the list of priority, and the one with some very short chapters. Hope you enjoy it.

Liebstes Elend: Liebstes Elend means 'Dearest Misery'. So fitting because it's a macarbre story about how situations define us. Our childhood effects us later in life and our later life chips away at our childhood ideals and beliefs. Amon may hate the situation he's been placed in but by the time his story is over he'd change very little. It has allowed his to see how dark life really is while relishing in the goodness nestled away.

Welcome to the back-burner. This has been on hold for quite a while. I feel it needs to be re-written and re-vamped because I've lost the excitement I once had with it. More story, a bit less far more spread out pain you know, and Agares... That man really needs a re-write. But still, it's got the makings of a good story.

I Am: Simply put, this is a collection (or soon will be a collection) of poems attempting to define humanity in terms of being, wishes, secrets and other facets of everyday life.

I don't do poetry much, but when I do it's soulfull nd touching and I am proud of myself for the work I've put here and I hope it touches you aswell. Good, brief read I promise!

and finally, Night: I heard a story once of a man who gave people a box, nicely wrapped up, saying in essence, "Inside is your greatest desire but you can never open the box." For a while the people he had given the box to were consumed by curiosity but restrained themselves, though eventually they crumbled. And when they opened the box, they found it was empty. The box had indeed held their dreams but only so long as it remained closed.

This is what night is, one such desire tucked in a box. I dream of fantasies: wizards and magic, werewolves and vampires, ghosts and zombies. But you mustn't open this box and bring them into reality. It will only lead to ruin and regret because the empty box, simply put, is quite a let-down.

So thank you for wandering into this particular lab, I hope you enjoy your stay and maybe even take some of the experiments with you. (In the most figurative sense! This is my work and if someone stole it I'd be mighty cross!)

Tootleoo!
