Author has written 16 stories for General, Sci-Fi, Friendship, Fantasy, General, Nature, and Family. Hey ya! I am a Naiad nymph that has been swimming in water since before water had a name. I was most famous back when the Greeks where around and that is when they gave me my wonderful name. Sadly their great empire has fallen and is nothing but ruins now, leaving my beautiful name unknown to thousands of humans and creatures alike. Oh how I miss the days of the Greek empire. In those days' humans and creatures, mystical or not, where always together trying to understand each other and the way the world worked. Well, maybe not the humans but the creatures tried to understand everything. Now, most of my mystical friends are dead or dying, thanks to human scientific advances [and humans say it is a good thing]. Oh, how the world has changed since I first was born. Back in the early days I was the one healing the poor human race, now it is doctors and such. Well, the early days are gone and I am left with so many changes. The only thing the same with now and back then is music, oh how I love to play musical instruments. I could dance for hours and hours on end. Then a few years back I decided stop dancing and leave my shimmering lake. Once again I leave my home so I can find a new home for me. Before the Roman Empire, I lived in a small pond in Greece, but in the decades after Jesus death, hundreds of fairies, elves, and nymphs traveled to Greece for some reason unknown to me. It became so crowded, that I decided to leave. I traveled west, across many seas. Dry land came after many days in flight and I found a beautiful lake to live in. I have lived there every since and my beautiful lake is now called Lake Michigan. I left that lake though and came on dry land and catched up to the days [instead of wallowing in the past]. The first thing I did was, with some help from a witch, steeal an identity for me. I choose a fifteen year old girl named Ami. The witch stripped my wings and gave me some of Amy's memory, so I wasn't completely lost in this new world and weird English language [so many irregular words and phrase, how do you humans keep up with it. Now you people should follow my native tongue, it is so simple and unconfusin]. Well, you are probably wondering what happened to Ami. Well, the witch gave her my wings [which are invisible to the human eye] and tons of money. Last I heard of her, she was in her favorite woods in Surrey, England. Which, according to the memory I obtained from her, was her backyard for five years of her life. Next she was planning on skiing in the Alps, visiting the highlands in Scotland and then travel to every place around the world that she has never been to before. Well, enough about her, so back to my story. I went to Ami's home and got on this computer thing in her room [from my observations, you humans have them everywhere]. I surfed on the Internet and found a site called fanfiction.com. Now I started reading stuff on it, and found that they where stories from movies and TV show which Ami's memories happened to like. So I joined the other humans, a part of the race called authors, to let my beautiful nymph name be known. So here are our [meaning mine and Ami's memories] stories, fanfics, and poems. Please review.
