I have been nominated for S.K.O.W. Romance Awards at http://www.freewebs.com/skow , which is possibly the most awesome thing since finishing my college applications.Thank you to whoever nominated me for Best Overall Romance! It made my week.

New short story: Creatures of the Night: The Miami Were-bat.
You should read this. It's the first in a collection about odd supernatural beings in the modern world. Like always, the stories are highly sarcastic, humorous, and romantic.
I have less and less time to work on the stories I have up (as opposed to re-editting ATSMtPS, hopefully to go out to an agent this year and thankfully looking much more polished then the version on this site) due to an evil rush of hard classes and college applications. They'll be done soon. I hope. Yeah . . .
I'm seventeen years old, live in MA (That's Massachusetts to the snazzy rest-of-the-world people) and read and write a lot.
My stories:
Well, first, go read my two stories on fanfiction:
Of Humans and Faries: Laeliena was a theif in a time hundred of years before Ella, when the only country still the same was Bast. She was thrown out of her kingdom, Yvonhe, and forced to take shelter at a farmhouse. Thus began her journey with Aiven, a highly respected and somewhat mysterious Seer. She learns she is mentioned as several different people in the Seers' visions, and is destinised to save the world - or destroy it. This is a tale of adventure, wars, myths, and love . . . (I'm so orignial. ^_^)
A Stag in the Headlights: Lily Evans is taking out the trash when she comes across a bleeding stag. She takes it inside to care for it - come on, wouldn't you - and leaves. Imagine everyone's surprise when she reenters her room to find her arch-nemesis, James Potter, sitting on her bed with a gun shot wound.
And Then She Met the President's Son: Currently being polished (eee!) Rebecca is a bored, skeptical Bostonian teen who runs into an even more bored Jadrien Robertson, missing son of the President of the United States. Contains large does of sarcasm and romance.
Across Time and Oceans: One girl leads two lives - daughter of a respected artisan in Pharaoh Tutankhamen's Egypt, and Lissa Chamois in 21st century New York. As Nahbia, she crosses paths with the most famous pharaoh in world history - aka King Tut - who just happens to be her age and, as I am ever so cliche, romance ensues. The only problem - he's married, and Lissa is the only person who knows he is doomed to be murdered. She would do anything to stop this, except changing the past goes against everything she believes in in both lives, and saving the Pharaoh would change history extrodinarily.
Court Spy - Lady Kiyra gives up the inheiritance of her fief to take a message to her king, a message of dire importance. At the castle, she is given the option to become a spy in the kingdom they have warred with for hundreds of years. As her brother is now the ruler of their fief instead of her, she decides to ris her life to go. What she wasn't counting on was a stubburn prince running away to go into enemy territory with her, disguised as a betrothed pair.
Unsuspecting Lady: A Rags to Riches Romance - When the most powerful duke in the realm rides into her small town, Ani is shocked to learn that her late mother had an affair with the duke's late brother - the brother who has died with no children other then Ani, so she inheirits all his holdings. Her uncle renames her with a suitibly noble name, and takes her back to his dutchy where she is taught to be a lady. She also has to get used to a telepathic wolf, a doting stepmother, a dozen cousins, and a foreign king.
Go to TessChild - under favorite authors - to read two other stories co-authored by me and Moonchild.
The Thieves of Ollanee - two girls who have been raised as thiefs have to get along - plus a fight for the throne, two romances, and lots of epic drama.
The Whitehall Chronicles - I love this story. Two girls in Victorian England learn they're half-sisters: a lady and a peasant. Told in letters, diary entries, and note passing, two sisters become friends, occasionally trade places, and fall in love with people in the opposite social sphere: a lord and a gypsy. (Yay! This story is so much fun! I get to insult one of my best friends using snobby girl speach. Lol, check it out.)
The idea of Jadrien and Rebecca meeting in Starbucks is SO completely copyrighted to Katie
Circle of Love line is stolen from Dinah
Anything concerning Matt Damon in my stories is because of Amy and me
SCOTLAND!!!!!!!!!!! (No, that doesn't make any sense, but that's okay. I never make sense.)
And I really, truly love all my reviewers, especially the constant ones who have left huge reviews for so many chapters and cheered me on through everything.
