Author has written 3 stories for General, and General.
I don't know about you, but when I was growing up and to this day, the major female protagonist in my fanatasies was always a figure of the woman I always wanted to be. You know, one without any of my own character flaws (what, I have those?!) and much better looking than I am (or so my miserable ego tells me even though I know it's not true). She always had the same name, and I have no idea where it came from. Anyhoooooo.... that's the name I write under. Perhaps one day you'll see a novel on the shelf (probably in the romance section but maybe fiction) with this name and you'll know where I first started publishing myself. Awww... aren't I a total sap?!!!! LOL

Right then! I love reviews as they keep me going.

Stupid Facts:
I've got a thing for blonds. Legolas, Spike, Brad

I feel like there aren't any writers on this site my age sometimes (I'm -eep!- 30).

I've lived in NYC since I was four which should explain why I can be cynical, jaded, bitchy, sarcastic and a hopeless romantic at the same time.

A giraffe can lick it's own eyeballs - ewwwwww and kewl.

I believe that somewhere out there, there is definately the perfect mate for everyone. That's not to say they'll be perfect - rather they're perfect for you. I'm still waiting for mine to show up. =)

The only truth in life other than death and taxes is that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

And to answer the never ending (though extremely flattering) questions about how I write so well... The truth is that I actually act the whole scene out before I write it. Ya see, there are 4 million directions characters can take, but only one path that feels right. I mentally weed out the outrageousness (although I should start writing some of the more surreal stuff for purely comedic purposes) until I've got a couple of scenarios left and I actually get my ass out of the chair and act the scenes out - like a one person play. It must be very entertaining as my cats stare at me oddly when I do this. Anyhoo! The act that feels right is what I put on paper. That's why it sometimes takes me so long to get a chapter down... I have to find the right path. Hope that answered that question.

Quick update October 13, 2002 - am currently taking a few classes and dealing with other random life things so my updates will be much slower than in the past. (As if you hadn't already noticed. LOL) I promise that Masquerade is never far from my mind and for those of you reading my Orli-fic on the other site, a chapter is slowly being eeked out. I humbly apologize that real life has to intrude this way... Also, have recently discovered Everquest (aka: Ever-Crack)... it's like walking around in Mirkwood. Crazy man, just crazy. =)
