Author has written 1 story for General.
What's there to tell? BA Phil, lifelong Tolkien fan, would like a job getting paid to read sf — and just waiting for them to finally discover Atlantis.

(And I _don't_ just give _bad_ reviews. Just don't write Canon-wrecking, Out Of Character, ungrammatical, plotless messes, and/or Mary-Sues, and you'll be safe.)

I have never yet been known to eat or flame a reviewer, though - I'm much better than Smaug at dealing - and constructive criticism betimes garners sneak previews. (Though while it's handy to be informed of it, more substantial critique than pointing out typos is useful...) And I'm always ready to answer questions about anything I've written, one-on-one by email.

Update:
(02/11/03)
Act IV, Scene IV - scenelet ix is done. Short'n'bitter. However, if you can't get to it because it hasn't updated here yet, go to Odd Lots instead.

Notes to Fell Knowledge posted.

Someday I will write a Columbia II, but it will not be for a long time, until what can be known is known, and thus may be reflected upon.

Act IV.IV is up through scenelet vi. Can things get worse? Of course! And some obscure references for literary treasure hunters thrown in for good measure. (This contains the second oldest part of the Act, done simultaneously with Act II, btw.)

"Fell Knowledge," sequel to "Shadow & Silver," is now up too. Mostly grim in concepts, not gory in execution, for those concerned by the rating.

And, of course, you know the drill: "Notes to follow."

Protectors of the Plot Continuum and some of the exiled spinoffs (including Architeuthis' Intelligence Briefs for the PPC) may be found for the present at Odd Lots also. We now have our own posting board - you can suggest targets there.

If you liked Harpwire's Orc story, it's back. Visit Wunderlust's page - and then read the new series, 'Molly Halfwits', the story of a strange young woman with no skills, language or otherwise, who appears one day in Bree...

As a public service, I have listings of canon fics I enjoy in my favorite authors/favorite stories pages. Check 'em out. Enjoy.
