hi. i'm becca. hah. well i'm 17 presently, and i enjoy writing. well, usually. i'm not any good at it, really, but i'm hoping to change that. so i figure, practice makes perfect, right? so anyway just because i post stuff doesn't mean i think its any good, so don't go flaming me too harshly. but a li'l bit's cool, because i'm open to criticism.
hmm.. i just posted a poem titled WALK today (04.10.02)... i wrote it in homeroom after being tortured by the PSSAs... anyway i just read over it again and i don't like the end. it's to... common. i remember struggling with that when i wrote it too. i think i'm going to re-write it; adding some more lines, etc. it's cute how i un-intentionally rhymed the end, like a shakespear thing, but maybe it's a little too cute. i mean, "sky" and "fly" ? come on. suggestions are welcome :)
