There's a story I'm probably going to post, already complete. It's a vampire comedy, so watch out for that. Also, I plan on editing a couple of the stories already on here, since I reread them recently and was appalled at the number of errors and amount of plot laziness I found there. Santa Substitute, for example, really needs more meat on its bones, poor thing.
I've also been trying my hand at erotic romance, and have had mixed results, so some of that may wind up posted as well.

-Lori: Cody's a normal guy, except his best friend is a vampire. When a vampire hunter comes to town, he has to protect her--but how? He's only human.

A bit about me, in case you're interested:
I'm a college student, and I just turned 25 (god, so old). I work part-time in a cigar bar and enjoy it for the most part, though when it's a home game (college football) it's pandemonium. Though I work in a cigar bar, I neither drink nor smoke cigars (not sure why they hired me, actually). I do smoke cigarettes, which is a nasty habit that NO ONE should EVER start. I started because I was bored, and it was a horrible mistake. They taste bad, and make me feel bad, but I can't give them up completely. I'm female, and will probably stay that way. Same goes for being single (boyfriends drive me nuts and I don't like girls).
Most of what I write is about the same. Girl's pov, romantic entanglement, humor, etc., but sometimes I like to try something different and see how it goes. Right now I'm working on a fantasy book that will hopefully come together (a bad case of writer's block has halted its progress for the time being), and a science fiction that is going to be downright awesome (by my standards) once I get to the writing stage.
