Author has written 7 stories for General, and General. If you're reading this, then I want to thank you for taking an interest in my work. I'm a total attention-junkie, so any comments or criticism you'd care to offer will be greatly appreciated.
On a more personal note, I am a 21 year old double English and history major from Texas, and I'm currently torn as to whether or not I should go for a master's (or even a doctorate) in English. I'm married to a wonderful man (Bryan) who is very reasonable and logical- in other words- the total opposite of me, but he completes me. (Kinda corny, isn't it?) Together, we have two "children": a cat named Casper and a chihuahua named Corona. In my spare time, I love to dance, read, and write (obviously, or I wouldn't be writing this right now), and I'm thinking about continuing where I left off in my martial arts training. I'm new to the world of fan fiction, and hope this will cure me of the major multi-month long case of writer's block from which I've been suffering. On a side note, the main body of my other works consists of historical fictions and romances.
A little about me:
Favorite book: Three Kingdoms (Romance of the), A Tale of Two Cities
Movie: Snatch, Moulin Rouge, Pretty Woman
Music: everything, including country, pop, rock, rap and hip-hop, classical
Song: too many to name all, but "Breathing" by Lifehouse, "Smile" by Lonestar, "Help Me Understand" by Trace Adkins, and most importantly "Carried Away" by George Strait (My husband officially proposed to this song)
Work of Art: 'Amor Vincit Omnia' by Caravaggio
Games: Dynasty Warriors 3 (PS2), Counter-Strike (PC)
Snack: Twinkies and Red Mountain Dew
Car: 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT with a Veilside Aero-fashion K01-R model body kit. (In just a little while longer this will become a reality; we're saving for the kit now.)
Toughest decision I've had to make: Giving up the future I'd planned for myself (Cornell and a PhD in archaeology) to marry Bryan rather than put the wedding off for 6 or so years.
Weirdest Moment: Accusing James Bond (a.k.a. Timothy Dalton) of wearing a corset, thereby sparking a 10 minute discussion between us on the subject.
